Agree with you Ben. These machines are just fun to joyride around town. The Tow and Go package is probably the best way to order an RT. So sad to see these monsters fade away 😞
Buyer beware on those headlights...they are a little over $1000 each and the entire unit has to be replaced for any issue (DRL, turn signal out, etc). Mine was replaced under warranty when the turn signal went out (thankfully) but I've heard of numerous others who had to eat it out of pocket.
The Durango rt is really an amazing car drives like a champ. I drove all the Korean once, traverse, explorers, the Durango rt is far ahead in terms of driving machine .
Durango's are really nice SUVS. But Carlo has caused them to drop in value on the used market. I traded in my 2022 in June and got 27k Now that SXT 20000 mile suv is trading in at 23.
I'm slightly confused with the exhaust note. It's standard R/T without TnG package, but why does it sound like it has Borla. Funny enough, I drive 2021 R/T and this one has pretty much no changes at all. Absolutely incredible car I'm definitely sticking with Durangos going fwd (probably will get SRT next or R/T with TnG). Only thing I'd wish is instrument cluster to display the map or carplay, there's literally no reason why it can't do it.

I've had 2 racetrack lights replaced under warranty and they are over 1k too
@@fartdonkey8290 ouch. 😞 I’ve heard some horror stories with the racetrack… so far so good for me on that. 😬
I can confirm this statement personally! 😢
I’m still remember your review on the tow and go package. Been looking at durangos ever since. Been thinking of 392 variant to tow a camper around.
You'll need weight distribution hitch. I pull a 4500 pound trailer with a hellcat durango and it's heavy enough to make the steering light without one
Love your reviews Ben, and probably the Durango RT will be my next car
Nice review Ben
Watch out with the durangos rt and srt I had one and it was stolen those are quick cars so they like to steal them
Not the rt
@ yup even those my friend had a 2023 rt tow and go they took it cuz it sounded louder then my SRT

How’s the reliability since it’s been out forever? Usually a model long in the tooth has no bugs or problems…
Last of the dinosaurs, you can only love it!
great job Ben, as always!
It’s not a dinosaur what a stupid thing to say maybe you can’t afford it

Tow and Go package to make it complete. Cheers-
I am Considering one of these vehicle and wondering if the 3.6l GT is all I need. No plans to tow but it is a heavy vehicle.

Grand Cherokee WK2 with longes wheel base.
Is it a camera trick or did the 2025 Durango get a backup camera with a better resolution?
What happened to the fog lights???
It appears Stellantis just said screw Durango owners and stopped offering them?
Yea that’s what I’m wondering… they came I. The r/ts originally
@@jrk1990 yeah looks like 2023 was the last year I could find them? Its really bizarre to me
@@S8ER 2023 Plus and Premium had the fog lights, base model did not.
@@cliffklimas8324 thanks, I didn’t see it as an option at all when I had looked. 🍻
Nice
When was the last time the Durango had been updated? Seems like forever ago.
@@sunchaser999 2021
It’s supposed get a 2025 get plus but now Idk since I heard about possibly a new body smh
Dam the new 2025 Chevrolet traverse has dam near those numbers in 2.5l 4cyd. 327 hp 326 tq wow!!!😮😊
There’s no way V8’s are going extinct, just like dinosaurs did over 65 million years ago!
Ford and GM are still producing them. Stellantis (CDJR) seems to be saying to hell with V8's 😂
Stellantice is unaliving cjdr. Rip

Why do you talk so fast !? 😂😂😂
Anyone want to buy a dodge Durango go test drive it
60k for a 6 sec 0-60
These are regularly discounted for 10-15k off sticker. Pay no heed to the sticker price.
put alarm with an arm bar. Store in home garage if possible. They will steal it.
It’s how it is. I wish Al Gore won.
What on earth are you talking about?
