- Today we'll be using the stihl ms500i and ms271 to cut up a load of logs we had left over from when we rented the processor. Took about 3 hours ish from start to finish. Hope you enjoy the time lapse, catch you on the next one. firewood
Nice work guys. Nice looking pile of logs you guys chewed through.
Nice job . Some great looking rounds .
Almost 1k subs. Keep the videos coming. Still snow here in WI. Long ways from tshirt weather
56° today and sunny 😆 I would much rather work in the cold doing firewood anyways.
Good morning everyone
I put an 18" forester bar on my ported makita 6421/7900, because a lot of the stuff I'm cutting is small and elevated, makes quick work of that stuff! I'd recommend a Dolmar if you can get one.
Yeah picked this one up for $35 usually $60. She was retiring and wanted to get rid of everything quickly so I bit on it
@@allaboutoutdoors5083 $35 for the bar?
Yuppers
@@allaboutoutdoors5083 oh ok for a second it sounded like you bought the saw itself for $35 dollars lol that would've blown my mind 🤯
$1250 out the door got a deal with the 25” bar and chain on it. Had a bent handle when it came in. I was at the right place at the right time.
Nice...500I rippin away! I bought a combo 21" Lasor bar / chain for my old 076. If I'm not mistaken, their a German made bar. Should hold up well! Was curious if you sold any of the BBQ chunk wood yet. I may give that a try in the future. Steve in Cumberland Cnty PA.
I have not. Really haven’t tried yet. Put a few out by the roadside bundle stand so people can get a feel for it. Just getting it prepped so it’s ready to go for spring/summer. Hopefully it sells. Otherwise lesson learned at least.
