My mother is the same age as Ed, born in 1932. She suffers from dementia as well. I’ve been watching your videos for a couple of months now and I can’t tell you how much they’ve helped me with responses to my mother’s concerns about her missing wallet, stolen money or clothes, my deceased father, etc. The similarities with Ed are uncanny. Thank you so much for these videos, I don’t feel so alone dealing with the ups and downs❤
Same here… both my maternal & paternal grandmothers have dementia. One was born 1938 & the other 1932 and watching these videos have helped me. The 1938 believe it’s 1972 and don’t believe she has dementia or even aware she’s forgetting and that’s hard.
Ed forgets a lot of things but he sure does remember he loves cookies! He knows there are always some in the house somewhere! Such a nice story that your Mom told.

She has artistic thumbs which also reflects her soft and accommodating nature. The good thing is that you and your brother keeping the couple closer. At this stage of their lives divorce has no meaning, good memories are still keeping them together. Her graceful face while narrating her first meeting with him is so natural telling her beautiful past. Salute to your grandfather who could correctly judge her character and nature and ask her to be his daughter-in-law.
Your dad is always so thoughtful! He knows that when you have an important guest at your table you should serve them something to eat like maybe a dessert before you start having your conversations. He is always thinking of others, wanting to help them and wanting to know how they are doing.

She has artistic thumbs which also reflects her soft and accommodating nature. The good thing is that you and your brother keeping the couple closer. At this stage of their lives divorce has no meaning, good memories are still keeping them together. Her graceful face while narrating her first meeting with him is so natural telling her beautiful past. Salute to your grandfather who could correctly judge her character and nature and ask her to be his daughter-in-law.

Your dad is always so thoughtful! He knows that when you have an important guest at your table you should serve them something to eat like maybe a dessert before you start having your conversations. He is always thinking of others, wanting to help them and wanting to know how they are doing.
