Wonderful... thanks for the very helpful tips... i love irish tunes and have always wondered how to make the quick changes with the bow so that it looks easy👍😊🎻🎶
Nice lesson, its funny because I can hear the Irish accent in the song, this type of music has a different beauty that is just as same level of classical music but obviously different.
This was a very helpful video, thank you so much! I have been composing some fiddle tunes that require those rapid back and forth string switches, so I was happily exploring using the wrist to switch string planes - but I was starting to hear squeaks on other tunes I was playing. Your video showed me that I had been neglecting those basic elbow-guided arm planes - my goodness, it is a real game changer. From a good elbow, I see that I get consistent enough to really explore tone, wrist and finger stuff, and all the other things that interest me. Thanks again!
And it'll only be for advanced players. You bet it's mostly beginners watching this video so it'll be detrimental to advise beginners to not use their arm.
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tickle torture! Yes, anyone who grew up with a brother understands that
Lol

Thank you. I will work on this. Found out how smutty I played after I recorded myself. Weird finger noises too.
That actually is helpful thank you
Thanks for the focus on good arm posture. I can use this to improve!
You bet!

Go for it!
I search a good microphone, and witch microphone did you use?
I don't think he would be using a witch mic. I feel like he would be using a wizard mic. Witch mics are too feminine.
Lol
I recommend calling electric violin shop. Www.Electricviolinshop.com they can advise the best microphones
Found it ❤❤❤❤❤❤ thanks

Lesson 1: Move the shoulder, not the wrist
Lesson 2: Move the wrist, not the shoulder
I feel like I'm gonna dislocate something here.
String crossing for fast songs you shouldn’t use your arms just your wrist
That is true but only when you're switching back and forth between two strings.
