Someone should do the data on the number of times a player 'calls the supervisor' and gets the umpire's decision changed. I'd guess it's very close to 0%.
This is because players act like immature little children and call the supervisor whenever they don't get their way, even if it isn't a matter for the supervisor. The chair umpire is the ultimate authority on judgment calls on the court. The supervisor cannot change any of the chair umpire's judgment calls even if they wanted to. The supervisor is only there to settle disputes about rules interpretations or tournament administrative stuff. Zverev's complaint was the proper time to call a supervisor.
Whats funny is a better player would have known pretty much instantly it was going out and got away with the challenge. He's too shit for even bad sportmanship.
