I feel like the saturation is mainly in highly populated urban centres and coastal city hubs like Houston, Miami, Tampa, NYC, Savannah, Chicago, LA etc, all the big cities where all the new grads dream of living this fantasy bachelor lifestyle making 120k+ a year. Why not try smaller cities and underserved areas? Also I think it depends on if you work in a specialty as well. E-med, anesthesiology are always in demand.
