  • In this video filmed Bank Holiday Monday 2023, we return to Broom Station for an update. Its pretty much now demolished by the new landowner. We also identify the turntable and trace the track lines from Broom towards Evesham and Broom towards Stratford. Broom Junction opened in 1879 and closed September 1963. Stratford line from Broom closed in 1960 after 63 years of service.
Please look at my other railway videos on tis channel if you can give it a LIKE please and subscribe. Many Thanks

During covid in 2020, one sunny hot day, my mate and I walked all around where you videoed. Sad to see happy to recall a nice day out. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers Colin 👍🏼I wondered if the owner was going to replicate the original station and add some track and rolling stock. Maybe I’m over expecting to much 😀 but I did notice it parked there. It looks quite new.

I really enjoyed this video, but you didn't film the signal box next to the Evesham by-pass that still exists.Hope you do a follow up video,as the box is a pre-WW2 design that was intended as a defensive structure if the Germans had invaded, hence it is still almost indistructable.
