12:36 - single mass flywheel - why am i not surprised. they've already compensated any shocks the transmission would take with the rev-matching function. hats off to the honda engineers for keeping it real.
IMO Championship white is the best colors. One of my favorite colors of all time.
Getting mine next week, Max. Cannot wait had a test drive incredible machine. The pulling power and handling was an amazing experience.

I think its a very nice interior. Way nicer than any supercar with the dash coming down the middle. Wents on top and screen on middle. With manual dials is the way to be.

Someone told me that the refresh rate of displays with digital speed numbers is because you would hardly be able to read it when it changes faster.
The colour is called "Orchid White" and its the best colour for the car, the black wheels match it nicely. Also the continental contact 6 tyres are nowhere near as good as the Michelin pilot sport cup 2 tyres that was a stupid statement.
It's called "Championship White" not Orchid White. That's the regular civic.
Looks like something the Principality of Zeon came up with to do away with Amuro once and for all. I love it!

i30 is not a hot hatch..
dunno the front looks cool but stock I think it is way to wide and high. The wheels are like 2 cm more narrow than the chassis. I also don't really like the spoiler, I think it'd look better without it.

Well drive a Focus RS in comfort mode and see just how uncomfortable Comfort mode can be. It's ride is horrible in any mode.

The period when I stand by until the car is delivered when Type R is ordered at Europe?
If you order a new one now you will have to wait til September before you get it. Several dealers I have been to said that. If you don't want to wait that long you will have to check out dealers who still have them in stock. All Civics are made in the Honda factory in England and they can't keep up with the demand.
It's waiting for 6 months until it's delivered to my country.

New HONDA CIVIC TYPE R is the fastest hatchback with Top Speed 270KM/H.
Khmer Youth take the top speed with a grain of salt. Its not as fast as people think it is, we own a 2017 FK8 Type R, its much slower than our stock 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4, stock 1991 Nissan 300ZX TT, and stock Toyota Supra TT.
Its only really fast around corners or on a track. And it loses steam at about 130mph, getting to 170mph would take a whole lot of road...in the VR4, you can go from 130mph to 170mph in the blink of an eye.

It’s actually designed to push air out to the sides of the vehicle. It takes air in and through an aluminum rail system pushes it out the fenders

Ryant Note4 eh, we have a stock 2017 FK8 Civic Type R, it could probably hit that speed but it would take minutes. It's not a fast car in a straight line- our stock Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 is much, much faster stock to stock.
Put them on a track though, and the difference is huge.

NickSake there's not a huge difference between the FK8 and FK2, and in the US the FK8 is rated at 306hp. Both do 0 to 100kph in about 5.7s and the 1/4m in 13.8s @ 103ish mph.
The FK8 isn't fast in a straight line, it's fast around corners. Our stock 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 is much faster than our 2017 FK8. VR4- 0 to 100kph in 4.8s, 1/4m in 13.2s @ 103mph.
