Beautiful clear voice. The soprano arias from The Creation are tremendous, and they have also been recorded memorably by other British sopranos, including Isobel Baillie, Elsie Suddaby and Eleanor Jones-Hudson: With Verdure Clad, recorded in July 1910 - Zono A10 - which I actually have! I would not like to have to choose between them.

I don't think I have Jones- Hudson - but with the amount of new material that has come my way during the past year I'm finding it more difficult to keep track. It could well be on the shelf!
