In this video, I head out to the west coast of Vancouver Island with Gavin & Amanda Hardcastle and Brian Barnham for a west coast adventure. The first evening we have lovely conditions at Botany Bay. Next morning fantastic photo opportunities at Fairy Lake and lastly light beams and evening light at Sombrio Beach.

That first image is top shelf for sure, wow. Also the tree picture isolated in the lake is a stunner: both would make phenomenal B&W's, but hey, I love B&W. Keep up the great work, I really enjoy your videos.

Wow, the abstract images are very powerful works of art. I am really hoping that these find homes as statement pieces on walls. You deserve an exhibition and international recognition for your work.

My fav part was with abstract photos. But that first photo is woooow, probably could be one of your top 10 photos of the year. Only one thing "scratches" my eye in that photo- a dust (or something, that looks like a dust) in the very center of the lightest region :)

Some really beautiful work in this video, nice job! The shadow recovery on that camera surprised me. The close-up of the roots at 16:09 looks like Salvador Dali meets Van Gogh. Very kool. More please.

Wow! So many great images for this outing. The first one is my favorite but the first sunray image in the canyon is a close second. When you took our workshop to the fairy lake, i climbed down into the brush and used the brush out of focus so it looks like a colorful bokeh. Hard to be original there for sure though.

Every time you moved your head or moved forward at the lake all i could pay attention to was the road. I kept saying look to your left Adam, it looks like a glorious road shot. I even had my wife come look and she agreed i would be more focused on that road. The way the light mingled with the fog around the trees was beautiful with that road leading you straight to it. Loved the photos you got as usual Sir. You and Gavin have become major inspirations and tutors for me.
