    I see an f4 sequel. It would feature the first ever electric scooter tour of Northern California. Everyone gets a vest with Grumpy Gang across the back. Gavin would find some way to fall over multiple times. Nick would be slow and steady. Tom would be zipping around in circles. And the finale would be Adam somehow ending up in Reno.

    For a bit there at the beginning of the video I though I had accidentally clicked on a Nick Page video. That dramatic music and moody shots of the scooter and helmet made me think of Nick's monster truck but then I saw you and Bri, in the pink helmet riding down the lane. Electric scooters are a bit of a mess in the UK. Apparently, they are illegal to use on the pavements and they are illegal to use on the roads. Police have been seizing electric scooters from users they have stopped. Then there are councils who have installed escooters in their towns & cities where members of the public can hire out scooters using a phone app, and use the escooters to get about dropping them off at different charging stations dotted around the town...seemingly these are not illegal, but owning and using one yourself is. So we have privately owned and used escooters being confiscated as they are deemed illegal to use in public places but you can hire & use council supplied ones legally. It's a crazy situation.
    Police have stated that escooters are illegal to use on the road as they don't have insurance (& no one seems to be offering insurance for them), & yet other road users also don't have insurance but are not illegal, like push bikes and horse riders.
    Good to see Canada seems to be more sorted on this subject.

    • @QuietLightPhoto
      @QuietLightPhoto 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Actually escooters are not legal in Canada either but for now the police don’t seem to concerned. I think the part that probably ruined it for many areas are the rental scooters where you can just drop them anywhere. I think folk that rented them just didn’t follow any rules causing a lot of complaints. You’re right though the hypocrisy is ludicrous
