I love the ability to take chaos and crop into beautiful compositions! The hallmark of great photographers is finding order in the larger context. That's what I love about Edward Weston's photos. Thanks Adam!

I really enjoy watching your videos Adam. I too live on the Island and appreciate that you identify the places you go, it inspires me to follow suit. I am off to Hornby in two weeks; a favourite of mine too. I like how you show the raw file and then fade to the finished image. Thanks.

Hornby = Hippie Island... home to some incredible mountain bike trails too... think you might need a handy dandy step stool or short ladder (or a Jetson's jet pack) on the next trip for that roots image... great advice on the tripod... there have been a few times I have stood under my tripod, looking up through the viewfinder 🙂 Love the powerful oblique lines caused by trees and or rock in the various images... I take pride in anticipating what your captured image will look like as a processed image file... and today the pano crop at 15:14 was pretty much exactly what I thought you would do... that makes your videos in more powerful teaching tools in my opinion... 🙂 Wow... the switch from textures and lines to the freshness of the wildflowers and greenery was astounding contrast for the session... 🙂 Great call on the ND... really helps the blue in the foreground puddles too, and very lush contrast between the blue and the green 🙂... Thank You!
