- Head to Icicle Inn and in one of the buildings you can activate Professor Gast's computer and watch Ifalna drop some of the most interesting information in the entire game via a series of recorded tapings. This video shows all of them.

I can’t help but wonder, did Aerith ever visited Icicle Inn and saw the videos of her parents after she left the team?
I wish she was alive at least long enough to discover her true parents’ history. I’d love to see her reaction.

I can't believe all this relevant information was optional. The story of this game was very confusing but If I had watched this in my first playthrough, it would have made more sense.
FF series are JRPG. Including FFVII. Pay attention to anything and not rushing. And thats how JRPG played. And thats the charms. Even little things and also regular unexpected NPCs sometimes had important informations or clues.
@Aaron9 even tho Vincent and hojo claim Sephiroth is born of Lucrecia Sephiroth always claims Jenova is his mother. When cloud is figuring out the truth about who he is hojo still calls him a clone. The cetra turning into monsters isn't mentioned anywhere else in the game and the "disease" isn't elaborated on until Advant Children.

Might just because of the culture differences, so the game story is much familiar for asians rather than for overseas, so it is possible if some overseas won't understand that easily. FFVII is more fit on peoples way if thinking on that time than on 2000s ^^ PLUS, JRPG is not typical Western RPG. In Japan RPG, player need to be "explore, search, and find" a lot, so not waiting for the game to tell you a story, JRPG always had hidden story secret everywhere. Not only just to get pass a scene and finished it quick. That's not what JRPG made for. But, Your opinion is only yours, people has variations of opinion as well as they born as different ones. And this game is not for everyone. SO, simply said, if you still not liking it, that is clearly FFVII is never meant for you, but for so many others who love it. It just simple as that. ^^ Thank you for playing by the way, son.
