6 egg yolks (蛋黄)
40g caster sugar(细砂糖)
60g corn oil(玉米油)
80ml milk(牛奶)
80g plain flour(普通面粉)
20g corn flour(玉米粉)
6 egg whites(蛋白)
60g caster sugar(细砂糖)
Filling :
350g durian flesh(榴梿肉泥)
100g milk(牛奶)
2 egg yolks(蛋黄)
40g caster sugar(细砂糖)
300g UHT whipping cream(动物性鲜奶油)
Bake in a preheated oven at 130°C for 35 minutes. Then 150°C for 25 minutes.
放入预热烤箱以130°C烤35分钟,再改150°C烤25分钟。

Hi Kathrine, my brother's kids are rarely home altogether due to busy work or school. This lockdown has kept them all home, so i am running out things to bake for them. I baked most of your cakes, and thought this looks good and great for individual serving. I am having finding the cupcake liner. I have found some of EBAY, but worry it might be too small. So, what size are you using please. THANKS

@@siewjenny4212 我嘗試另外一個食譜也會這樣。放在室溫就沒事了。另外的可能是沒有完全冷卻就放進冰箱裡。
補充一下,我剛剛再試了。 如果放在室溫,放在盒子裏也會濕濕的 但如果在室溫不用盒子裝起就不會濕。。。。可能蛋糕不能密封的。。。
