Looks great, would love to have seen the plasma grapple between the engines on the pod racer also lit up which could easily be done running an LED in through to eighter side through the engines. Still looks fantastic!
I always respect and appreciate when a creator includes when they flub something and shows the process being fixed, allowing us to not beat ourselves up about our mistakes. I love the idea and visual interest of the piece, my only minimal change would be that the rock formations up over the valley would have been like a burnt umber color to show hardened rock formations, but again that's a personal preference. Thanks for all you do for the maker community!
So cool! I would have replaced the clear plastic beam between the reactors of Sebulba's pod with an other LED filament but this diorama really brings everything to life!
Things I love: The concept is funny and definitely seems like a plausible fantasy Anakin had. I also really like the blaster effects. Things I would have done differently: Have Anakin banking against the wall so you could have mounted the blast effects on the wall and obscured the wiring better from the front view. Meaning of life: no idea. But probably a good idea to try and be the best version of yourself.
It’s 42, purpose and meaning. Fun diorama. I especially enjoy the arches and laser beam lighting. Great close up camera work and video! I appreciate you including the abandoned wiring plan as things often have to change when you are actually building the thing. Happens to me almost always.
15:46 Damn I was hoping when you took the pod racer apart that you were gonna remove the clear plastic sections for more accuracy and maybe modify the cables running from the engines too. They’re nowhere near as thick as that.
Jordan, this is awesome and that Hotwire Foam Factory handheld cutter looks incredible. WAY better than the one I have. Also love what you did on the lighting for this. Incredible dio!
Loved the concept and the back story, I agree with figuredisplay911, you could have mounted Anikins fighter on the wall and hidden the wires for the blaster bolts, What I would have done differently is really only 1 thing, I would have lighten up the energy binders also. 😊

Thank you! Yeah will definitely do that next go around, missed opportunity
Very cool
Thanks

Hey! Thanks, yeah I definitely could’ve given more time to the geological canon of it all
So cool!

That’s a great idea! Thank you so much!

And maybe a little LED in each reactor with some cotton to diffuse the light! ;)
Awesome work 🙏
Great idea
wow nice job
Thank you
Damn, I didn't know Russell Crowe was into dioramas!
I am Maximus Decimus Meridius…and I will have my revenge

Hey! Great Idea to place the filaments on the back wall! And I like your take on life 😎
I love the lil ppl in side the ships …. Cute!!!! Love the lights
Thanks
1:10 *_careless whisper starts playing_*
That would’ve been funny for sure
Lol
Really love the whole concept. Anakin had such a temper!!!!
Looks awesome, especially with the lighting 😊😊😊
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. Yes, that’s why I felt this was plausible AND humorous
@@OilersWorkshop you are welcome 🤗

Love it man! This was fun!
Thank you so much!
How awesome, such a great work 🥰🥰

Yeah I definitely considered all that, but ultimately I was just having fun with this one, so I kept my process simple
Could have easily lit the energy beam between the power couplings.
Totally
Awesome video…..would love to study under this master
Thanks, Just keep watching and we’ll learn together
Looks great
Thanks
Woo!!, i just got a wild idea for a what if diorama!!
Yoda vs darth vader
Awesome idea
2:49 Darth Nerder 🤣🤣🤣
That’s Lord Darth Nerd to You 😆
@@OilersWorkshop good one
Inspiring work buddy!
Thanks filly

Yeah, I thought about that. I’m very comfortable with EL wire but I wanted to just keep this one simple, next time, baby.
Oh man that's a missed opportunity. The plasma interlocks on the pod racer, you could light those up or replace them with a led. Add some flicker.
For sure, I’ll try that out next time
Only thing I'd add would have been a bolt hitting the dirt and kicking up some rubble but other than that it's cool.
Great idea! Next diorama
Who did you choose calk over modpodge? You can always ticket up the modpodge pretty easily.
Caulk is an immediate fill and it doesn’t shrink much, it’s cheap and I don’t really have to wait for it to dry as long since it’s flexible anyways
This should be made canon 😂
🙌
I use Sculptamold over foam. Never thought of caulk. Thanks for the tip! What is the working time for caulk in an application like this?
Fast only a few hours and you can keep going as long as you’re not putting heavy stuff over the top
Amazing work. Quick question, think the LED would work for 1:6 blast effects or Saber blades?
Blast effects for sure, saber blades need a longer CCFL filament(Cold Cathode Floieacent Lamp)
Those are the wrong cartridges for organic and chemical vapors. They are doing nothing for foam vapor. Those are p100 dust filters.
Thanks for the warning
