I really hated Dinesh as a CEO so it was absolutely beautiful seeing him get his comeuppance

He acted like a CEO should; ruthless and being kind of an asshole. In his mind, Richard was way too soft as CEO (and rightfully so, Richard is nowhere near as brutal as other CEOs like Gavin Belson or Barker), which lead to Pied Piper almost sinking multiple times. He was determined to do whatever it takes to keep that from happening again, which I think is in character for Dinesh.
I really hated when he revealed how Gylfoy hacked the fridges to Hooli spy. That guy was really despicsble. Even Bighead was more useful. In fact they could replace dinesh with another coder. Also when they compared his code with gilfoy and he was throwing idiots insults, annyoing
Also the fact that Richard could have decided right then and there not to allow them to use his alogrithim, therefore ruining their company.

2:02 they knew Dinesh was a casual psychopath right from the start.
Dinesh was always my least favourite character, going through the series the first time around. Kumail nailed the material and made me a laugh a lot, but I guess he just didn't stand out next to all the more heightened character types. Looking back though, he REALLY is a solid comedic anti-hero, like something out of a classic British sitcom. His needyness, his pettiness, his selfishness, his endless failure to live up to his own aspirations. He's actually one of the most dimensional characters in that regard. I also feel like he's the character who struggles the most, outside of Richard and maybe Gavin Belson. It's really cool that's that were Mike Judge went with his kinda-token Pakistani geek character.
