It sounds like this was all inevitable after that staffer you had on previously. A culture of nepotisim, secrets and general unprofessional behaviour. It’s clear that MrBeast as a brand is nothing like he portrays it to be... even to the point where it feels like he gets off on the power he has over others.

I have seen it way too many times to count. But the times where the higher-ups invest the time and resources into getting the culture right? It always pays off massively! To the point where everyone cares deeply about what they do.

The allegations could be proven false, so I'll be neutral until a lot more concrete evidence comes out and also him promoting gambling to children doesn't make sense because the kids are getting what they want from him, by the way I don't think mrbeast promotes obesity to children from what I know.
