Great video mate, I’m learning so much about how to drive the tracks quicker watching you, would there be any chance of sharing your tune to help us gain a bit extra time as your tune seems pretty damn good.
Yeah of course, I will add it onto a video for monday if that helps at all. My tune is not perfect and does need some more tuning. so use it as a base line and then adjust accordingly :D Thank you for the kind words buddy
The races rotate each week. They change on a Thursday so for the next few days we have medium length races. Don’t forget this track is very short. 53 second laps. Whereas other races that have 2 minute laps will only be around 5/7 laps long. Of course will still need to pit.
I couldn’t agree more buddy. I wish we had long races. 30 minutes races. Bring in fuel Strat and tire. At the moment it’s either 1 set of mediums or 2 lol. Unless you do what I do and try different stuff out more for curiosity sake but still.
Lime Rock is tricky, but nothing is better than starting 1st and win, that pressure is hard to control troughout, unless you can be in peace ahead ;P Congrats on the win :) last race, seemed typical race, it usualy happens alot once winning forgetting to drive and so on, it is normal :) in overall that was a good race :D
@@Flashms know that feeling, all the time starting first, the heartbeat is kicking harder, the stress, the nervousness of what the cars behind gonna do. and on top of it all, is trying to stay ahead. xD yea, it looked like a mess, but in overall it was really good :)
Yeah that has to be the worst part. Braking. What is the car behind going to do lol. When they are close I touch the pedal so the lights come on then a second later brake. No excuse then. It was a mess especially that last comment at the end of the race Pffft lol
It is slowly getting there buddy. Same as the WRC you was playing. Ok the cars didn’t sound as good but I found the co driver to be more accurate and actually on pace unlike the EA WRC
Sorry to hear that buddy. Are you qualifying for these races ??? Only reason I ask is I know from experience if I qualify mid pack im in for a rough ride lol. So I either qualify for pole or don’t bother at all.
it is for me,,,i usually finish 10th-15th average,,,don't know what those guys up frront are doing,,,almost think there is some cheating going on considering the times they be clocking
A huge amount of work goes down to a good tune. Really having a tune for each track. Then using the right car. So MG for fast tracks and 308 for tracks with lots of technical corners and audi for best of both worlds. Again a great tune makes such a difference. I mean I finished the first race 6 seconds in front of p2. That’s quite a gap for a tracks that is 53 seconds average. I used to finish just like yourself. A lot of it is getting away from the middle pack. Most of that slows you down as you cannot pass or you end up at their pace. Thus again slowing you down.
Its not cheating. They just have a way better feel for the game, know how to drive fast, know the track and lines, know the optimal braking points, how much to brake, when to steer into the corner, what speed to carry through the corner etc. I play in a league (casual) and some of the guys are really slow because they cant keep the speed up in the corners, braking to much, braking to long, to late on the throttle. Its all about the feel you have for racing. Tunes help alot to, but a good player can even run circles around most players with a stock tune.
You can cut so much of that turn before last bud, it's ridiculous I won't lie but it gains a decent amount of time. Same with t3 I think it is too. (Kylami)
yeah no kidding, the cut is unreal, on ACC if you try that you go to the moon lol, on forza you roll over it like it was a bag in the road lol. I was shocked that i didnt get a penalty from it though, I was expecting it. I also think I was lucky if i did that a second time i am going to be stung lol
You did something slightly different to me at kylami, I won't use softs... never last for me here. So I go hard and mediums, depending on where I start.
hi how long have you been using your logitech wheel, mind is 7 years old now and struggling to get any good times, i have replaced the spring in the throttle but still seems to be lacking power at times
So I have had the wheel for around 3 years but not really used it all that much besides a few hours here and there. Now it’s used quite heavily. So my wear will be far less. Out of curiosity have you adjusted the forza settings. At default they are terrible. I have made a video showing the settings I use to setup the wheel for forza. It does need to be done as like you say the feedback is terrible.
will have alook . like your videos, i have just started again with some footage, i used to do rally alot but having ago on forza as i have the xbox series s, been gaming for over 40 years of and on as well @@Flashms
Smashing buddy thankyou Which rally games do you play. Last one I played was dirt 2 which I quite enjoyed but need a handbrake lol Keep going my friend and keep having fun :)
dirt series and richard burns rally played this on an old laptop and is still the best rally game ever despite it been over 16 years old , i bought a hydraulic handbrake of ebay which was fitted with a usb it was so goood still have it @@Flashms
I have heard very good things about Richard burns rally but only recently heard about it lol. So I am playing catch up lol Ooo nice buddy. It’s not exactly easy holding A down and whipping the wheel round lmao. Does sound like your having a right blast and have a good setup. If you have anymore questions. Always welcome to drop a comment. Like, SUB and most of all have fun. Also if you see me out there on forza. Send me a message. Just don’t beat me too badly lol. Bad for my image hahaha
No kidding. I did get curious and asked them a few questions but I get the feeling they was not blessed in the brain cell department so I blocked them lol.
if you look at the second race, I raced ETR rich44, also that race a player apparently reported me not sure if you saw at the end We need to set up a date lol
@Flashms wrt too, some fast guys for sure in that lobby mixed with some real idiots. Whenever I'm in a lobby where I've gotta really worry, always worsens my racecraft.
Yeah no kidding and I couldn't get passed the one idiot that was ramming everyone of the track then said they reported me for ramming them. Man i couldn't laugh any harder at that person. I was just so off pace, Only had a cup of tea from the first race to the second, tea must of been dodgy lol

Nice video sir! 👍🏻🏁
Thankyou buddy :). Hope your having a good day
Where are you finding 17 lap multiplayer events? I feel like all the TC races I enter are really short.

Yeah I have to say the pressure got to me more than starting like 2/3 and getting 1st lol.
Second race did seem so chaotic too.

Every race without fail I’m shunted off and have to scrape a position from the rear

Having a racing line on makes you slow to. Just wanted to add lol.

It takes a bit getting used to but once it becomes natural, you gain decent time over a lap.
You did something slightly different to me at kylami, I won't use softs... never last for me here. So I go hard and mediums, depending on where I start.
I butchered that race though, just couldn't get into the rhythm of it. I have not tried hard to med there, i may have to give it a go.
Yeah, I so use to avoiding it due to ACC, I mean a slight cut is fine but the cut I did was on another level lol, got to remember its a different game
