Yup, upgraded my hoses to braided ones on my roaster and will be doing the same on my 3.2, great video mate 👌

Nice and clear instructions as always, Andy. I like how you include relevant info like sizes and torque specs in your videos. Very useful. I think my fuel hoses are fine for now, but it looks like an easy fix, so maybe worth doing just for some peace of mind.
P.S. Audio sounds fine here. Some slight distortion maybe in some parts, but nothing that ruins the video or makes it hard to hear what you're saying. The Audio changes character a bit at 0.46 and gets better at 1.20 and a bit worse again at 1.59 then better at 2.53. etc. It's more noticeable on my phone than on my computer. Maybe give the video a watch on your phone to find the "rough spots".

@@Kenny_Ded thank you sir! I think the audio changes rather than goes quiet. It’s because some parts are recorded with an external microphone in places. I was going to upload it again but as you say, it can be heard fine. Thanks for your great feedback as always Kenneth! 👍

@@andycharger Glad to be of help, Andy. The audio simply changes character when you change "scene" and you change your microphone setup. The audio is different when you use a lav mic, and external mic and when you do voice over.
It doesn't take away from the information in the video, which is the main point. But It can be a bit annoying when you watch.
I was thinking about doing YT videos a few years back, and when I did some research, one of the main things I found was to get right was audio. The audience will sit through a video with bad image quality, but would stop watching if the audio was bad. Something about the human psychology I guess. Seems we're more tuned into audio than visual information, or something...

Just swapped my 3.2 out, lots of marbling on the pipes, my line was under pressure so don’t do it when the engine is hot. I got originals from Audi Tradition, I couldn’t find any in the UK and wanted original. My two classic cars hate ethanol, and I was swapping the rubber out for R9 rated ever year and it was still cracking the rubber, two years of running ethanol rated and they still look new. It’ll have the same effect on our pre-ethanol TT’s 😫.

First thing I did with mine…brought an upgraded set from Advocult motor sport. Such an overlooked but key item to replace for a car that’s 20 years old, and could protect your investment as if they go when engine running could cause a thermal event

You are the second person to say this. It’s playing fine through my speakers. Any particular point of the video?

@@martinpearce60 Thanks Martin. Oddly the Audio seems bad for some and not others. I did record it in different parts which might be the reason.
