Ebay, Estate Sales or retro game shops, but be careful because Sega Saturn's have skyrocketed in price in the past couple of years, along with this game. It would be best to get a Japanese Saturn plus the 4MB RAM cartridge, your other best bet is US Saturn with Action Replay Plus which has the 4MB to run this game
