- You don't have the user manual for your Reliabilt Electronic Door Lock? No problem! In this video, I've covered all the programming you need to get your Reliabilt Lock functioning effectively.
In this video, you'll learn how to run the Door Handing, change the default/existing Programming Code, add/delete User Codes, enable and disable auto-lock, and restore factory default settings-if you lost your Programming Code.

Anyone else having an issue with this lock resetting on its own? I’m constantly needing to reprogram. Unfortunately this happens at random times. The batteries have been replaced but continues to reset.

Why do I get three flashing lights everytime I try typing in the programming code. Brand new purchase and install
I press 0000 unlock/lock and it flashes green, and before I press 0 unlock/lock It starts flashing red three times
@@PeytonPorter-y5n It looks like the lock isn't installed correctly. Remove the interior assembly. Then reinstall it and make sure the Thumb Turn is set in the vertical position and the latch bolt retracted while reinstalling it.
Next, reset the lock and perform the door handing detection. It should work fine now.

You can get it at Lowe's or on eBay.
Is there a way to mute the beep sound?
Yes. Follow these steps to mute the beep sound:
1. Enter your Programming Code and press the EZSET button.
2. Press 7 and press the EZSET button. You should see a green flash and hear a long beep, meaning silent mode is activated. Test it to confirm.
I have done all the steps, but my user code doesn’t work. I’ve reset the keypad over and over. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

If you're doing everything correctly yet your code isn't working, check the installation. It looks like the Thumb Turn wasn't set in the right position during installation.
To fix this, remove the interior assembly from the door. Then reinstall it and make sure the Thumb Turn is set in the vertical position and the latch bolt retracted while reinstalling it.
Next, reset the lock and perform the door handing detection process. This should fix the problem.
Note: Change the default Programming Code (0000) and delete the default User Code (1234). You can add new User Codes.

my lock is unlocking without code, and locking with the code. Its backwards

I am having troubles programming. How do I confirm left or right hand and what do I need to do
Hi there,
To confirm your door handing, enter the default Programming Code (0000), and press the Lock/Unlock button. Next, press 0 and press the Lock/Unlock button. The latch bolt should extend and retract to learn the door orientation.
Try watching the video from the beginning... I've demonstrated how to determine left/right hand, and other programming.
