Great thanks for the help on locking door When it’s lock from outside I keyed in code to unlock and then unlock button it didn’t open I reversed my action pushing unlock and then added code n push the block again after it didn’t open PLEASE let me know what I’m doing wrong 😑 Thanks 🙏🏽

I've demonstrated how to turn on auto-lock in this video -- 3:11 Edited to add: You can follow these steps to enable auto-lock: Enter your Programming Code and press the Lock / Unlock button. If you have successfully added a User Code, you should be able to unlock the deadbolt from the outside by entering the code and pressing the Lock/Unlock button. If it's not working, it looks like the door handing detection process isn't yet complete. Run the door handing detection process again. If that doesn't help, you might have installed the lock with the thumb turn in the wrong direction. Remove the interior assembly and rotate the thumb turn piece to the LEFT 45° -- if your door is a right-handed door. For a left-handed door, rotate the thumb thurn piece RIGHT 45°. Then put the interior assembly back. Now try again to see if it works.
Hi there, Sounds like incorrect installation. Try removing the interior assembly and reinstall it. Take note of the following when reinstalling: 1. Make sure the cable is properly and securely connected. 2. Make sure the thumb turn is in the vertical position, and the latch bolt retracted. 3. Reset the lock and perform the door handing detection. Now, try operating the lock to see if it works fine.
I used the PC instead of the UC and it worked.

I had to reset my lock and your video helped. But my lock won’t automatically lock anymore like it used too, any help?

Set it up correctly however when I test code to lock it doesn’t not lock
