@Shreyas the title on the video would be nice to take longer for us to read.
And it would be nice to classify your videos on playlists on subjects.
Thanks for sharing all these wise thoughts!❤

Teams getting smaller will not make PM role more impactful nor will with other roles. Teams getting smaller means a high supply of products and companies saturating the market, with everyone having AI tools that are trained even on Product Management skills being a PM same as software engineer or designer is not going to give you an edge. The thing is Capitalism as a system will cease to exists and we will have a different system by 2030.
If we increase the production means by also lowering time and money Capitalism falls. The pillars of a capitalistic economy will change. The amount of competition and market saturation due to AI is not going to make things easier for emplyees and employers. Unless there is some drastic regulation in place.
Also the PM roles as other roles will be saturated really fast. The AI revolution is not a tool revolution is a shaking at the core of digital work with impact beyond into hardware and biology. For the next 3 years will just be some transition and addaptation with possible uproar from the public. By 2026 we will se the new emerging system or the existing one falling and be replaced.
I don't think people really realize what this decade impact will be.
