I recently made a more conscious decision too. For example I always tip men just as much as women and sometimes more for example yesterday I threw a 20 in the sushi tip bar even though I didn’t even order from them. I do help my brethen because I know men struggle and left to our own devices and I’m successful and pay it forward. Also I’m a short 5’6 dude sharp make bank and trust me I can get girls no problems but today I don’t. Already been divorced and not getting trapped again. Trust me don’t let the short thing make you think you’re eliminated you’re not. It’s the whole package and how you carry yourself. Women are all fickle and scandalous for the most part. They will dry your wallet clean this is why I go out my way not to meet any. Good clothes, super fit, nice car and on way to early retirement and not letting a women derail that.

True indeed, it is extremely precarious navigating the workplace as an ugly man. I have learned painfully how to appropriately behave in ver the years . Keep it very light and as brief as possible and get moving asap. Engage enough to avoid being seen as silent creep but do not make any comments that can be misconstrued. If you’re sub five you need to money max which means become successful. This is what I did when I was growing up. 5’6 broke, acne scars you name it. I reclused myself to the library 12hrs a day through college. Today women come a dime a dozen but I don’t entertain them. I money maxed to the core not because I want to prove to anyone I can give a rats ass. I’m smarter then most people at my job. financially independent, respected etc. at the end of the day be successful and you will naturally attract otherwise you’re just an imposter. Everyone wants something from me because I’m an asset again become successful you can do it, it’s 80% discipline and out working everyone else.

For a long time I was bluepilled. I tried to “have more confidence” by socializing. I’d pick up on what Chads would say that seemed to make the women giggle and want to have conversations with him all day.
I’d greet the women good morning, compliment them if they got a new hairstyle or if they were dressed up extra nice. Little did I know that I was coming off creepy. None of the women would ever say good morning back or ask me about my weekend. If I tried to start a conversation they’d say “I gotta go” like they had a meeting to attend. I didn’t really catch on until I walked by the break room and saw the female coworker just sitting there. She didn’t really have anywhere to go in a hurry. She just didn’t want to talk to me. What really made me question things is that normally she was a chatty person and was always having conversations with coworkers about anything.
The blackpill made me realize that it wasn’t really anything that I was doing that was wrong. I was just ugly and repelled people

Been there. She gave me her number, we talked for weeks, then suddenly "you're not going to make things weird, right?" Evidently what that actually meant was "you're not still going to talk to me, right?" No compliments, no inappropriate jokes (outside what she'd periodically say to me), just basic conversation and low level banter. Day after management called me aside to say they "noticed you talk to so-and-so a lot," I was gone.

I couldn't blame him. we're not here to judge, but he was always in a constant state of depression and anxiety. I shouldn't say this, but he was the product of a rapp1ng, yeah her mother was rapp3d by a man in the corn harvest fields. Working in a office environment around women as a Unattractive man don't mix, .the solution to this is work in a job with little to no women. Women are highly looks visual and more emotionally driven hence the halo and failo effect is very strong with them hence the reason they are bigoted when judging men's looks. Creep to women is only a codeword for a man with a Unattractive face and that's the cold harsh truth! To women the way a mans face looks is his character and personality!!! Women also care way more about looks than men do and have far higher looks standards, all the scientific evedence proves that. A Unattractive women can go on Tinder and gets loads of options messages dates and attention while the average looking man can't even get a single match or message! Which proves men care way less about looks than women and it is women that are the true looks visual and shallow gender.

Keep it simple and cordial/professional. You can compliment their work if they are good workers just dont say something like "you have pretty eyes sally" or "thats a nice dress Nancy" as a sub5 or average guy. When ur a sub 5 it’s brutal when I was in 7th grade I had a male teacher who was short and had a high pitch voice he was named DR.Jones he was my art and history teacher.
No one absolutely respected specifically normies that didn’t respected him I noticed a pattern where the taller and normie looking teachers got more respect than what dr jones had.
People did not just take DR jones seriously to the point that he had to take a mental health break the normies where just pushing him to the edge even my therapist did not take him seriously.
So there was this rumor that the normies put that he he was a Pedo which got him FIRED from his job which I think DR jones was glad off but due to the rumors ruined his opportunities for other jobs.

But getting those same results after spending years transforming myself into a guy with a physique that turns heads and draws looks, stares and double takes when I go out, as well as a level of confidence and charisma that let's me effortlessly approach and interact with girls...that's something I cannot understand nor accept.

Keep in mind, this guy was the one of the friendliest guys on the whole restaurant, so the (women) manager already had plenty of interactions with him and knew how friendly he was, so she found it extremely weird that someone would complain about him. The very same day around closing time, I came up to the manager's office, stood up for him and defended him. In the end, the manager ended up siding with him (since it was a 2v1) and put the girl on a part-time schedule. She later ended up quitting a month later and he got promoted to a Busboy.

Many people don’t consider complimenting a sin. Or that it leads to serious harm. Or that jovial extroversion is worthy of being socially isolated and fired.
That was likely the dude’s standard behavior and social interaction since he did it to many. They complained about how he said “hi”. When he did it to the dudes. This guy declared no interest or made any intimate advances. The fact is, dude was unattractive or unappealing, and that is why he is deemed creepy. If they thought he was hot, they would have been giggling about how hot he was behind the scenes and entertaining his interactions. They are simply biased and prejudiced against him because of his looks, so therefore they presumed him in a negative light.
