I was standing at the bar ordering a drink and two girls were sitting next to me, so I started talking with them. I was waiting for someone so I had no intention of trying to pick them up and was just making conversation. Suddenly they said they had to go to the bathroom and got up, leaving their half full drinks on the counter. A few minutes later I happened to be looking in the direction of the bathroom and saw them come out and bolt for the exit together. I wasn't even hitting on them but apparently I was so repulsive that they were willing to leave their overpriced drinks and the bar altogether to get away from me. The kicker is that I'm in really good shape, have a pretty good face, a full head of hair and always groom myself before going out. So I'm not even close to being a sub 5. When you get sub 5 results without being a sub 5, it does something to you.
Rejection happens, but it doesn’t need to be so uncivil. A simple but polite “Thank you, but I’m not interested.” No need for rudeness, name calling, snort of derision, making unpleasant faces, etc.

I never had these experiences but seeing this from your perspective makes me look at myself a little different as I went through stages where life my confidence was up and down due to my past addiction to watching adult content, going threw ED, and completely feeling low but later on powering through and rebuilding what I had lost all over again. For those who are having low self esteem, start a conversation with your family or close friends and listen to what they say and act interested. Talk to a gas station clerk and act interested, go on a hike and talk to random people doing the same thing. Like small talks. It goes a long way and it’ll build you up. It’ll help form that self improvement and not caring about rejection attitude. Trust me! Never settle with the position your in right now. There’s always more out there. Good videos bro! My face went up tremendously in the process due to low BF and years of mewing and facial exercises. Yet despite all that, I still get zero interest from girls. I get lots of looks, stares and double takes, but no actual interest whatsoever. I'll approach a girl and she'll giggle, smile, lock eye contact, and preen as I'm playfully teasing her and whatnot. But the next time I see her, she wants nothing to do with me whatsoever and completely avoids eye contact and moves away if I happen to be near her. Getting bad results when you have things you can improve is motivating. Still getting those poor results after fixing all of the problems is the most depressing thing I've ever experienced.
That's why I avoid clubs or bars. I don't want to have Ptsd from it. Especially now when my teeth are crooked to prepare me for surgery. Getting these reactions when you're a short, fat, balding sub 5 with no social skills or charisma is depressing, sure. But now try getting those same reactions when you've spent years successfully building a great physique, good social skills, an attractive face, and have a full head of hair. Getting nothing but rejection when there are tons of things you need to improve is depressing, but it's nowhere near as depressing as busting your ass to fix all of those problems and successfully looksmaxing, only to still get nothing but rejection.
I think the quickest way is swiping on dating apps. Put up some decent photos of yourself on Hinge, Bumble and Tinder and see what the quality and quantity of your matches are.

I agree that there are some things that you can do to become more attractive as a sub 5 male but how much you can imporve your looks will come down to genetics. I was a sub 5 in the past because I was balding and overy overweight. I was able to lose the weight and get 2 hair transplants and improve my looks as a result. However, I am also 6'2.5 barefoot and have good bone structure underneath all of the fat. Some guys may be able to improve their looks but don't have the best genetics.
Yeah, I would try out bars and clubs for the experience. Bars are much cheaper. Nightclubs can be very expensive these days especially if you're doing bottle service.
Real story: A sub5 once rejected me because he was very self aware and have been burned by many people. But because I was curious of him and had no concept of sub5, just realized after all these years that I was young and pretty and me approaching him made him treat me in a distant manner because he knew that he is ugly and I was under alcohol influence.

3) lose 40 lbs of fat or put on 20lbs of muscle...fix your posture too.
4) dress better for your body type.

I'm talking roughly 10% BF with 17 inch biceps, a V-Taper like a Dorito, and abs you can see through my gym shirt. I have a clean sense of style and the confidence and charisma to approach just about anyone and kick off a solid conversation. Yet I can't get interest from any girl I'm interested in to save my life.
Not all of us are living life on the same difficulty setting, and what works for some of us doesn't work for others.
When I was in college I went to a night club with a couple friends and was dancing like a sperg at one point as we do, and this women through the loud music leaned over to me and said "can you not dance so close to me I dont want my boyfriend getting jealous" while I was like 6 feet away from her. Its one thing to be rejected when you appraoch, its another to have them come in from a distance just to make sure you know they dont want you around them

Getting these reactions when you're a short, fat, balding sub 5 with no social skills or charisma is depressing, sure. But now try getting those same reactions when you've spent years successfully building a great physique, good social skills, an attractive face, and have a full head of hair.
Getting nothing but rejection when there are tons of things you need to improve is depressing, but it's nowhere near as depressing as busting your ass to fix all of those problems and successfully looksmaxing, only to still get nothing but rejection.

I think the quickest way is swiping on dating apps. Put up some decent photos of yourself on Hinge, Bumble and Tinder and see what the quality and quantity of your matches are.

Yeah, Chads will still get rejected from time to time but from my experience now it's usually only the occasional soft rejection when the girl either has a boyfriend or is married or you are just not that woman's type.

Get muscle get clothes get and if necessary get a hairstyle. Physique and style turned me from a 4 to a 7.5
I agree that there are some things that you can do to become more attractive as a sub 5 male but how much you can imporve your looks will come down to genetics. I was a sub 5 in the past because I was balding and overy overweight. I was able to lose the weight and get 2 hair transplants and improve my looks as a result. However, I am also 6'2.5 barefoot and have good bone structure underneath all of the fat. Some guys may be able to improve their looks but don't have the best genetics.

Yeah, I would try out bars and clubs for the experience. Bars are much cheaper. Nightclubs can be very expensive these days especially if you're doing bottle service.
Real story: A sub5 once rejected me because he was very self aware and have been burned by many people. But because I was curious of him and had no concept of sub5, just realized after all these years that I was young and pretty and me approaching him made him treat me in a distant manner because he knew that he is ugly and I was under alcohol influence.
