Hey Cam great video, it’s good seeing how you assess these reef aquariums. One piece of feedback on your video editing, is when you’re discussing specific corals, fish, problematic algae’s or even equipment etc it would be good to get some close ups of what you’re talking about. Keep it up!

Great video! Would more frequent water changes help re supplement some of those nutrients?
Possibly. You can sometimes avoid dosing low-uptake systems if you waterchange enough to keep the parameters in range. Cam
id just try changing salt, much easier and less expensive than dosing a smallish tank
We rarely use artificial salt in this part of the world, so for us dosing is cheaper. Cam
@@GalleryAquaticaTV ahh so its micro plastics, diesel and sewage thats probably the underlying issue. Use clean salt man
Hey Cam! I'm getting a redsea reefer 625xxl, what return pump should I get? Also for mixed coral and fish do I get redsea skimmer 600 or 900? Or is there a better skimmer to go for?

I think the lights are too close together - not about the spread but more about aesthetics - that would be an issue for me considering a CADE - and I think besides that they are ones of the best value tanks
I think this is the only size Cade in which this light issue is a problem. I guess a Radion rail suspended from the ceiling to replace the single arm mounts would be the ideal fix. Cam
Great vid. How do guys find the AquaSpin water tester? Interested in getting one but not sure of its accuracy.
I find it very accurate, however you have to fill the disc perfectly and ensure you keep your spare discs in a cool place or else they lose accuracy. Cam

will be coming down to the wynnum store sometime this month and after seeing this i am wondering if you offer aquaspin analysis in store? if so what is the cost? is it as accurate as others such as Hanna Checkers?
We sell Aquaspin tests for $10. I find they are a similar accuracy (in general) to Hanna. Cam

Nice assessment of the tank Cam. Maybe you could talk the owners of the tank into investing in a line of Hanna checkers so they can keep an eye on their parameters. 😊
Definitely a good idea. Regular testing of your tank is one of the best things to do to ensure success. Cam

So far it looks like Coral Essentials with trace is the sups range. How do you like the shed boi aquascape? Cam

great tank - how u setup up the radions ab+ ? Are they Pro or Blue ?
This tank was installed with the “Radiant Colours” template however I often do use AB+. Cam

Yes, but I generally modify the schedule to have longer dawn and dusk periods just using the blues. Cam
@@GalleryAquaticaTV I got a LPS only tank with 2 G5 Pros - I running 5 hours the AB+ template and then 6 hours the LPS / Softie Mobius template - so around 11 hours daily. . Will be fine for LPS ?
