Hi Mark do these bikes come from a UK warehouse I have heard stories that there are some fake web sites about I do not want to loose my money and what is the customer service like.

I'm not sure how you can say this is excellent when you cant select up / down on the power assist. Thats a terrible design miss. You can't buy this bike for this reason. You need to be able to go up down on the assist not be forced to go through all of them.

That would be a very stupid reason not to buy this bike. Name me one other bike in this price range that has a 500W motor, battery this size, hydraulic brakes, app connection, usb port, brake light, ... One minor inconvenience against all these advantages?
