Spoiler rambling: There's just something so tragically beautiful about the scene where Sigma and Diana are in the lounge with the sky projection surrounding them, talking about how they're without the stresses of the outside world while knowing they're interminably trapped without any chance of escape. I cried a lot as this song was playing during that scene.
Everytime I listen to this I feel my heart heavy. Thinking about that beautiful scene of Diana and Sigma talking in the healing room. About Maeterlinck's Blue Bird, about the happyness in the shelter, far from the society noises....

I have gone through whole series in one week. Week full of emotions. Happiness, Sadness, Sorrow.... This series inspired me to start working on my own project again. It showed me what some text and music CAN do! I... can't express it normally. I doubt anyone can. This series deserves a lot. Attention, support.... but most importantly - an end. We often say that about a good thing - "I want to see a next part!" But that's just selfish... And ending, which was a normal thing for a single movie or game a long ago, became some kind of treasure when creators started following those requests. I... I don't know for anyone, but for me - this song has this feeling. Feeling of saying goodbye... and you know it surely is a goodbye. No secrets or questions left. No words need to be said.... In such moments, the best thing we can do is crying, missing but treasuring our memories related to such games. We let them end, but... an ending is something what a good game deserves. So.... Let's not ask for more, let's treasure what we have.... good... unspoiled and emotional series of three games.
I'll be damned, if "Nostalgic Scenery" isn't the most fitting name for this track. They nailed it. Because it doesn't make me feel happy, or sad, gutwrenched, or... anything really. It just makes me reflect on things. Just then I get a bit sad, but mostly older. Perfect.
Cyber17 D Team had the really neat changing wallpaper puzzle and the transporter room but that was it imo. Q Team was pretty lackluster too sans the hammer puzzle.

everyone saying this reminds them of the healing room or sean and gab and I agree but Also this personally reminds me of phi and diana's flashback. it's one of the most tragic parts of the game personally to me because this is like. to phi this happens RIGHT after vlr since she's in cold sleep for the leadup to it. she's just, tired. from everything. and if you look at how much more self sacrificing she is in ztd in comparison to vlr it just. it's tragic in that the effects of rhe nonary game very much have a lasting affect on her and it makes me crazy
Carlos not being in prison doesn't mean anything. Akane was responsible for 3 deaths in 999 (Even if it's ace who directly killed them, she sets up everything knewing what he will do) and nobody care. Maybe he shot Delta, and everyone burried him in the desert with a "let's pretend nothing ever happened :)"
They wouldn't be able to send Akane to prison for the murders. The kidnapping though, that's something. Plus Akane goes on the run at the end of 999 which is why she doesn't end up in jail, and then the government or something starts searching for Espers to hire them, Clover being one of the ones they recruit. I think they end up letting Akane off the hook and instead want to recruit her and Junpei. Carlos also prob wouldn't go to prison simply because nobody would really rat him out.
