FEEDBACK: This is effective for me, Although it requires consistency. My face is still chubby tho (My struggle) But it made my jawline vibrant, So despite of having such chubby cheeks, My side face has vibrant jawline. My face is still chubby, it just made my jawline more obvious. :) Thank me later

Guyyyys I’ve been doing this for nearly three weeks and it definitely works. I’ve always had a jawline and I gained some weight and it kind of disappeared a bit, now after doing these exercises I have it again and it’s sooo defined! Don’t give up. I did it once every day, and a couple days I did it twice because I felt motivated but it’s 15 minutes of your time and it’s so worth it. DO IT!
I had recently gained weight and most it went to my face. It had heightened the insecurities I already had (suffer with acne too) and I lost a lot of confidence. This video has helped remove that weight from my chin and face and I couldn’t be happier. THIS WORKS!! 😩😩

that fat will likely disappear as you grow, as long as you don't gain an unhealthy amount of weight, of course. if you're 13 I wouldn't worry too much about it tbh

For anyone this might help I did these exercises and they helped tremendously. At first I only did one round instead of 3 because the video was a little lengthy for me, and still I saw slight changes. Then once I memorized the exercises I did them on my own with the 3 rounds using a timer so that it would go faster. If you memorize them and do them on your own it takes about half the time. I’ve only been doing the full 3 rounds for a few days and already my jawline is so sharp and my double chin is almost completely gone so I definitely recommend. If this was helpful I will come back and update after a few weeks. (And I am doing these exercises every day or almost every day)

I have 2 months until I go back to school in person for the first time in a year. These next to months I’m gonna be working on getting a glow up because let’s just say the way I used to look before covid was not it LMFAOO. I wanted to start off with fixing my jawline so wish me luck y’all. And to anyone who is also doing this, I wish you the best, and remember, you have to be consistent. If you do this at least once everyday for a month I promise you’ll see results.
RESULTS I started this a couple of months back and do it 6 to 7 days of the week. At first the changes are unnoticeable and will appear that was for a while, but after so long I started to realize I was becoming more confident with my face shape and can now notice that my jawline has so much more definition, stands out and my cheekbones have even benefited from this! It's not a lot of change, but facial structure takes a long time to change, but is absolutely worth it if you are willing to put the time and patience into it. Only been 4 months, I plan to keep going but am more than happy with my results now. I found out about a year ago that I have TMJ problems and my jaw on the left side would painfully pop out constantly. Anyway, fast forward to about literally 15 min ago......I was doing the exercise along with her and after the 2nd one where you pull your jaw back and gently close it, I realized that my jaw literally does NOT pop out anymore!! All I probably needed was proper jaw exercises! I genuinely mean this, thank you so much for these!!

Just to anyone who doesn't seem to be seeing results, a mistake I made was that on the third and fourth exercise was pushing my lip forward rather than my chin. This happened when I wasn't concentrating on the exercise so letting people know that it's not the same thing.

Guyyyys I’ve been doing this for nearly three weeks and it definitely works. I’ve always had a jawline and I gained some weight and it kind of disappeared a bit, now after doing these exercises I have it again and it’s sooo defined! Don’t give up. I did it once every day, and a couple days I did it twice because I felt motivated but it’s 15 minutes of your time and it’s so worth it. DO IT!

that fat will likely disappear as you grow, as long as you don't gain an unhealthy amount of weight, of course. if you're 13 I wouldn't worry too much about it tbh

For anyone this might help I did these exercises and they helped tremendously. At first I only did one round instead of 3 because the video was a little lengthy for me, and still I saw slight changes. Then once I memorized the exercises I did them on my own with the 3 rounds using a timer so that it would go faster. If you memorize them and do them on your own it takes about half the time. I’ve only been doing the full 3 rounds for a few days and already my jawline is so sharp and my double chin is almost completely gone so I definitely recommend. If this was helpful I will come back and update after a few weeks. (And I am doing these exercises every day or almost every day)

Hey guys! While I was scrolling through the comments I noticed a lot of people wanting to know if this works, I can confirm it 100% does! I’ve done this video for 3 days and people are already telling me my face looks slimmer and I’m losing weight. I didn’t just do this video though, I’ve been eating only from 12 to 8 pm and I’ve been doing the MadFit dance workouts (on TH-cam) everyday.. hope that helps any of you!!

RESULTS I started this a couple of months back and do it 6 to 7 days of the week. At first the changes are unnoticeable and will appear that was for a while, but after so long I started to realize I was becoming more confident with my face shape and can now notice that my jawline has so much more definition, stands out and my cheekbones have even benefited from this! It's not a lot of change, but facial structure takes a long time to change, but is absolutely worth it if you are willing to put the time and patience into it. Only been 4 months, I plan to keep going but am more than happy with my results now. Just thought I ought to leave a comment about my progress since I know people come looking in the comment section for that stuff! Thanks x

I found out about a year ago that I have TMJ problems and my jaw on the left side would painfully pop out constantly. Anyway, fast forward to about literally 15 min ago......I was doing the exercise along with her and after the 2nd one where you pull your jaw back and gently close it, I realized that my jaw literally does NOT pop out anymore!! All I probably needed was proper jaw exercises! I genuinely mean this, thank you so much for these!!

Just to anyone who doesn't seem to be seeing results, a mistake I made was that on the third and fourth exercise was pushing my lip forward rather than my chin. This happened when I wasn't concentrating on the exercise so letting people know that it's not the same thing.

Hi im gonna update this every day for like 2 weeks - (i did this twice a day)
Day 1 = done, no difference yet :/
Day 2 = done, a little bit of difference- my fat under my chin has gone a little bit
Day 3 = done, not much different from day 2
day 4 = done, my jawline is starting to become a but more prominent
day 5 = done
day 6 = done
day 7 = done
day 8 = my jawline is alott more sharper and i don't even have to flex to see it, fat under the chin has nearly gone!!! I'm sooo happyyyy
day 9 = done
day 10 = done
day 11= done, I've just compared my pictures from before and now and WOW it has made ALOTT of difference
day 12 = done , btw i haven't been eating healthy or anything, just my normal unhealthy diet lol maybe if you eat healthy it will be faster idk lol.
day 13 = DONEEE, only one more day lol, btw i DEFINITELY recommend this to everyone. just stay CONSISTENT!!!!
day 14 = IM DONNNEEE - i am going to continue this workout for 30 days because i definitely do think that it is working!!! you guys will notice results but make sure to take lots of before and after pics!!! I do have a much more noticeable jawline and the fat under my chin has nearly gone!!!!
