There's 5 MOLLE sections on the back since the army combat backpack (which attaches on MOLLE) is also 5 strips wide. The 6B43/45 plate carrier and 6SH112/116/117 LBVs are the same, 5 strips wide at the back.

The webbing and loops used for attaching pouches and accessories to backpacks, vests, and other equipment is called
( PALS-type webbing) not MOLLE.

I think the back is made for 2 trauma plates and 1 ballistic plate

Ii this plate carrier uses normal SAPI plates, or some russian magical plates ?

I'm buying one off a good friend, he says it works with SAPI plates and other plates you can easily find in the US.
