16-1 IL alternate strategy (the slow way)

Mainly a proof of concept. The shell saves time at the very end of the level but I wasn't sure if it was worth it for IGT (in-game-time).
you can get the same IGT/tie the IL with this method but it's much harder and 0.5s slower in IGT then the normal way.
