I do wish that they toned down with it. It doesn't roll off the tongue at it wears out very quickly. Yeah, there were some exceptions like Jake the Snake, but that's an exception. Just keep as an introduction on PPV or big matches. At least Big Bronson rolls off and isn't as intrusive.

WWE could be truly awful with stuff like this, the nicknames, the buzzwords, the repetition. Nothing worse than when you can tell the commentary team is being heavily produced and led through their ear piece. It made for as much of an unnatural product as when promos are clearly scripted and the delivery isn’t quite there. You can have a solid in ring match but it’s hard to expect people to suspend belief and be engaged when everything else around it feels fake. And vice versa of course
