Had the opportunity to meet and train with Kyle in Boise, ID during a course. Not only is a highly capable dude, but he was AWESOME to interact with. Laid back, super informative. The best part though was that it felt like he wanted to make you better. He was just as involved with the older dudes, the ladies, and the younger dudes. If you ever get the chance to train with him, do not skip it.
I love hearing this guy talk because theres so much experience behind his words. Grateful as a civilian just to learn anything I can from him. Its pure gold to me.
I said it before and I'll say it again. This man is a national treasure and should be admired and respected by all. Thank you sir for all the sacrifices you have made for us all. It is very much appreciated. God bless.
Kyle Morgan was a Tier 1 special operator. He is a good-hearted Christian and family man, with solid fundamental values and principles. So, of course he is a down to earth man. You always learn "a thing or two" from him. He is a good role model as a former SF vet, and an extraordinary instructor. You go, Kyle! 🇺🇲🫡
You can tell the discipline with the handling and care of each firearm he touches. Always aware of where the muzzle is pointing making sure not to sweep anyone or anything not intended to destroy. Finger off trigger etc..... too many people do not understand this discipline including tactical youtubers and even other professionals. Not discounting the professionals, but some just don't handle their firearms quite like this. great kit and a great man.
The entire time he’s speaking, you’ll notice he’s always scanning and evaluating everything around him. The situational awareness while he has a full conversation is impressive.
I met Kyle at the Sawmill in SC. He did a presentation to a group of Gun Runners after a race. He also put together a shooting stage for us to run after the event. He is the most equipped shooter I’ve ever seen in person, and he transferred a ton of info in the presentation. If you get the opportunity, I would suggest running one of his courses.
It’s very common for delta guys to purposely leave out they were in delta. I trained with Rick Hogg recently. He just says he was in army special operations. He never says delta. Same with Kyle Lamb. It’s their culture.

You guys should check out the blue force tactical sling. I have the OD green one with the pad. It works great and seems to be made of high quality materials.
We had an operator show up to our shoot house and help us train. We asked about his kit and he showed what he had and said it was just basic kit. The senior devil dogs couldn’t get it, asking did they have to request permission for certain things and the answer was just its basic kit. It’s what you need and what you can say you need, basically. When you can’t put on whatever you want because it must be uniform on your individual kit is a great way to stop basic thinking. Imagine having everyone in one state having forced to wear clothes exactly the same. Lots of thinking goes out the window.
I think there is a happy medium between his straight up mission gear set up for his everyday and just having a pistol. I have a pack with my JR carbine in 45 auto with my Ruger gp100 SS 4inch 357 magnum also inside. I run my armor also level 3, tactical gloves, mask and a couple knives with a good med pack. Between all that and my normal SIG m17 carry I feel is a good truck everyday load out.
I'd be curious to know if you have any sort of basic recon equipment in the truck or kit bag. Anything to do some observation from a distance beforehand, time permitting, should a situation arise.
This is all available to anyone with a credit card. Nothing here is strictly limited to delta. You mean special operations, special forces is an army specific unit.

I wish I could ask Kyle directly, about the battery life of that model and if he would use another model with longer hours if it was available for him.
Battery life is fine. How often do you use your gun? Do your “days at the range” last longer than 6 hours? The average person maybe shoots once every other month, the battery would last 5-7 years. I use mine 30 hours per month and get a year out of a battery.

Good video. I have never had the opportunity to meet or train with you and I will have to admit that I'm not familiar with you unfortunately. That being said, you seem to have a following of individuals that speak highly of you and I respect that. I do have one question. This question is for information purposes and not at all an attempt to "troll" or "flame". I was curious about the knife location and if you may have any concerns about potential secondary injury if it happens to be struck by a round. I have done some spawl tests with various calibers (.223 - .308) and have found in these test samples, the bullet spawl appears to be significantly less threat than has been stated in the last few years, usually only leading to minor or superficial injury. That being said, I wonder if the introduction of a skeletonized metal object might serve as a potential hazard when struck by a round. Any thoughts on that? I appreciate any input you may have.
