    Made these today. I added 1 Tbsp of olive oil for fat content so they wouldn't be as dry. One batch was perfect (I got it thin enough). The other batch was a bit too thick, but it ended up like chicken jerky! Very tasty!! I will continue making this for sure.

    Thank you for inviting me to your channel from a comment I made on another channel. This is the third video I watched and I just had to subscribe. The first was "Tender & Juicy Sichuan Pork in Spicy Chili Broth", the long version. I just picked one that looked like an amazing meal. I watched the short after the long, just to see the difference. I do prefer the long, though I know some people would rather just get straight to the point, haha. I enjoy seeing the techniques people use, learning new things and cooking is very relaxing for me. It's hard for me to believe you have 3K+ subscribers and I didn't see any comments on the three videos. Two of my favorite universal languages are food and music. You have both covered here! Do you think Ground chicken would work?

    • @cozypie
      @cozypie  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It may work, and it depends on which part of the chicken selected producing the ground chicken. Different part may vary in terms of its result. Such as crispiness, and also how healthy the chips will be due to the fat.
      And one risk you may face is the consistency and ability of the meat to stick and merge together when beating it.
      Nevertheless, it's a good idea to try and I hope you'll make a delicious yet healthy chips at the end of the day ❤️
