      They look delicious. I'll have to give it a try. Low carb is all about high fat and these are low fat. Besides, fat doesn't do well in dehydration and can turn rancid quickly. Also, one of his ingredients is Argo corn starch, which is a no, no on low carb high fat diets. But there are simple work-arounds.

    • @AMStationEngineer
      @AMStationEngineer 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Chuck Armstrong, I didn't notice the corn starch, but I'd be willing to be Eckkehard's test pilot/guinea pig, when the time comes to analyze the safety of the product, after he receives the patent, and begins shopping the concept to large snack manufacturers, and meat processors. These "Chicken Chips" look so damned good; and may become the next "Pringles".

    I tried to make these chicken chips and followed your instructions. The only difference is I used a different mix of spices. When I baked it at 190 degrees Celsius the water separated from the meat. And the meat never firmed ups. Can you help? What did I do wrong?
    Also I did not use Baking power as you showed in your list of spiced that you showed in your movie.
