I have a 2012 GTV300 with 15K miles in perfect condition. I will definitely watch this series out of a genuine interest in maintaining mine.

Have a 2018 Sei Giorni GTV300ie and this will be a good source of information to maintain this scooter too.

I love the look of that scooter, surprisingly even the color. I have a 2006 GT200 that I bought from a private seller about 5 years ago with only 1800 miles on it. It didn't have any scratches on it, in fact it looked like brand knew. I changed the oil and coolant and put a new belt on it. I also wound up having to replace the water pump (due to a leak) and the vacuum petcock (which unfortunately left me stranded) It now has 14K miles on it, still looks and rides like new, and has had nothing done but routine maintenance done on it. I know someone on an online forum who has 84K miles on a GT200, and is just now starting to think about looking for another engine.
I would like to see someone who has that many miles on an EFI model who has not had to replace any EFI parts. For two reasons. One, I don't believe an EFI system will last that long, and two, if one has I would like to see proof of it. It would be nice to know that a Vespa EFI system could last that long without repairs. It would take a lot of the apprehension out of buying an EFI Vespa.

I had a Sienna Ivory GTV 250 I so regret trading it in for a GTS 300. Don't get me wrong, my GTS is a great scoot but that GTV had tons of personality. I am always looking for a good used Ivory GTV.

Exciting!!! My exact year and color. I need to get a maintenance kit soon. Just hit 9k miles. Check into Myke from Dent Time. Makes amazing content as well!

When might this GTV 300 go on sale? I had a 2011 GTV in Portofino green that I unfortunately had to give up years ago...would LOVE to have another! Thanks in advance if you could perhaps let us know a potential sale date...unless, of course, she's already spoken for!

Does anyone know what the 2 rider weight capacity is on this GTV? I cannot find it anywhere. Thanks.

Whats the best engine setup for the Vespa Sprint moped (80cc cilinder malossi)? Any tips?

  • @piwex69

Do I see right that the double leather seat on GTV looks exactly the same as the one of LXV? I've got LXV125 from 2009 but unfortunately the brown leather has deteriorated very quickly when the scooter was not kept in the garage, under Italian sun. I have had the seats reupholstered with the vinyl type material, no vespa stitching (copyrighted ;). It is far more forgiving the elements.
