I've used clear mascara on my daughter's hair for years. She has super fine hair and her baby hairs are out of control. I just use $2 wet and wild (or whatever is the cheapest) and it looks great.
Try checking rionashairblog.blogspot.com she blogs about her super fine straight slippery flyaway-y hair. And she still looks put together not like a bird's nest
Just going by AL's reactions to Kayley's reactions, I get the feeling she was holding back a little and that true RAGE!Kayley might be pretty terrifying.
Yeah, I use either an old mascara wand with hairspray or a hairdye brush. You could also use a (clean) toothbrush, anything with tiny bristles will work
yeahhh i used wet and wild clear mascara for a while then when it was gone i just put miss jessie’s jelly soft curls gel in it lmao also, hello fellow clone wars fan never forget about the droid attack on the wookies
Yeah I really need this I'm getting my hair dyed white 😅... what I do is pre wet hair and sometimes put oil or conditioner on the ends (bit worried about doing it on white hair because I heard horror stories about colour seepage) and then braid hair (less surface area exposed) and then a cap and wash straight after with conditioner and oils
Ooh, me, me, me! I was a swimmer for several years, spending a couple hours in the pool every day. My hair was never green and I even got compliments on its length or relative health. I used Herbal Essences conditioner (specifically the coconut hydrating one) and always put conditioner on my hair before swimming. I'd focus putting it on the ends (but didn't completely neglect the top), tied it up into a bun, put the swim cap on, and didn't rinse it out until my post-swim shower. It'll give you an hours-long condition and protect your hair from the chlorine at the same time!
I believe she did a video on styles to wear when swimming last summer, but I'll have to search for it. She basically said to wet your hair and put in a leave in conditioner so that your hair can't absorb anymore salt or chlorine water
I am interested to see if the hair mascara can be achieved by using gel on a spoolie. Also where was this rolling crimper when I was 8 and trying to look like Lizzie McGuire?
I usually use clear brow gel for my baby hairs....but I may need to try that hair mascara instead and see if it works any better! I also NEED those hair ties
That's adorable that they sent your sister PR as well. ❤ to tame my flyaways I use a new toothbrush (I.e. never used for teeth, specific for this only) and spray my hair spray on it, then run over my flyaways.
I need that hair mascara!! Anna Laura, I suffer from the same level of broken hairs. And the fact that y’all are in the humidity of NC and it looks that good is impressive. Please tell me it lasts all day!
Video Idea: Create cool Hairstyles with the Crimping Hair Iron, especially some where you can see the texture :D could be a cool challenge, and maybe it becomes the next trend ^^
Hey Kayley! as far as video ideas go, this is more instructional than the "trying different stuff" line that you're on lately, but I'm trying - and struggling to style my bf's hair for work (can't trust him to even put on leave-in conditioner on his own) and having some trouble with the products, we don't have a lot of money so I don't want to go of buying a lot of stuff to try... could you do a video of like different hairstyle products like palmade, hair gel, hairspray and stuff like that and what effect they each give? I don't usually use any styling products on my own hair, just conditioners and home-made masks to keep it healthy so it's definitely an area in which I am pretty ignorant. Like a product and their effect 101 kind of thing? Love you, been watching you for pretty much ten years now, keep up I love your content! and love to AL too!
I don't know if you gonna see this, but I love you sooo much. You inspire me so much. I fallow you for so long and because of you I cut my hair short and I love it. I love your laugh and I love everything you do. Also I love your sister she is cool😁😁😘❤
Thank you for trying out those hair ties. I've been seeing it a lot but wasn't sure how secure it really is. I'm totally buying them now! Totally sold.
You should do a video on hairstyles for dancing based on your sisters time dancing. Have her give some tips on secrets she had for her hair and things. She can be the expert and Kayley can improve on the ideas.
I feel so bad. I’ve been a subscriber since the green background and of course I have the bell but since I chopped my hair last year, I have been neglecting your videos shamelessly. Today I want to say I’m back with this feeling I can start styling my hair again and I’ll do this with your help, obviously ❤️🥰
Katarzyna Grzejda wow, thats awsome. I have “only” been here for 5 years I have neglected the channel since I started the curly girl method, but I love these new videos
Stine Kirkeby I remembered even that the first video I watched was Serena White Party Updo from Gossip Girl and then I binge watched everything and I even bought the same matte Revlon lipstick Kayley used to wear a lot :)
I’m so sorry the extensions didn’t work out! That was super upsetting to me but I’ve definitely bought the leggings equivalent of those😂 on the bright side, I’ve been hoping you would review the new Kristin Ess got tools! I’m very on the edge about whether I should buy the curling iron or not since I already have her titanium one
This is one of my favourite youtube channels. I am not good with hair, but thanks to watching this channel I have been inspired to practice doing braids on myself and I have been getting way better. I've been following you for a little while now, and at first having Kayley was all I needed, but now with Ana Laura (don't know if that is correctly spelt) is a game changer. I learn even more, and it helps me with mistakes I didn't even know I was making because Kayley comes in after to do retouching. Great video, great content, huge fan. Simply thank you.
Okay, gotta get some of those hair ties! Worst purchase was a pack of the teleties hair binders. They are okay for a bun, but terrible for ponytails. At least on curly hair. They were impossible to get out.
Can you review the split end trimmer that apparently doesn’t cut the non split hairs? And I’m pretty sure you could just use a similar clean mascara wand and dip in gel for similar result? It would be nice to see it on curly hair as well
Hi Kayley! I just want to say I love tour videos especially your hair care videos! I recently came across this app called Think Dirty which is an app that tells you how clean or dirty a product is, from makeup to hair to house cleaning to laundry, etc. I was wondering if you have checked it out with the hair products that you use and if you find it helpful?
You are so happy Kayley, I’m so glad to see you like this. And all this quality time with your sis too ❤️❤️ I’m so proud of you and you always inspire me to aim high with my thin hair goals 😋😊
Can you do a video on your top 5-10 favorite brands for extensions? And like show different price levels, so like least expensive/most affordable all the way up to most expensive? That would be so freaking helpful
Those hair elastics look dreamy! But they don't do free shipping outside the USA... On a brighter note, that hair mascara just got tossed into my Amazon basket 😇 P.s. I would file a complaint to that hair extension company. Love you both ❤
Also, THANK YOU for this video, particularly the Pro Hair Ties - I just ordered (2) packs of these for my 3 daughters all of whom have very different hair types: oldest has thin straight hair, middle has an insane amount of super thick hair that also has a wave to it, and my 2 year old baby las long thin baby hair. Super stoked to try this!!
“You were way outta the screen before you took down my lights!” 😂 You too are so cute together! 😂 Your reactions were priceless! 👍🏻 God bless you! 🤗 💕 🙏
I went and bought the hair mascara before the video even finished. I have TONS of baby hairs because of having babies and my hair falling out and regrowing. Ty for this video!
The hair mascara thing seems super cool as well for those with glasses. If hairspray gets on your glasses it can break down the coatings on them, but taking your glasses off to do your hair is not really practical. So this trick seems doubley useful in that case!!
Anna Laura being in these videos is a game changer for me. I also commented on the pony-o video because I have bum length, thick, curly hair so I have to use the revlon xl hair ties cos standard thick ones break.
I bought one of those conair curl secret pro things that curl your hair for you and umm... I almost broke a toe with it. I was trying to curl my hair in the back of my head and my bad arm was already really tired and I dropped the thing on my foot. My pinky toe was badly bruised for days. Thankfully those things can’t burn you very easily. I haven’t used it since, it just collects dust in my bathroom cabinet. There was also the time I tried to make a doll from my childhood look good again and bought a doll wig off amazon, except it never arrived at all and the company wouldn’t refund me no matter how many times I tried...
I want to try the hair crimping one. It looks fun, I have really thick straight hair and it’s just always difficult to try to do anything to change it’s straightness. I’m interested. For the hair mascara, I’ve actually been buying the clear brow gel by Bourjois for years, much cheaper and it works just as well!
It's funny I, was stoked about those pro hair ties too because I, have thick hair. I used it quit a lot but after a few weeks the rubber began to tear a bit to the point you had to cut it of. So it's a good concept I only hope they make a more sturdy and better rubber because my normal hairties will last way longer
Thank you so much for the reviews! I wanted to compare pony-o vs pro hair tie and you did both (just in different videos). I'm def getting the pro hair tie. Also you guys are so awesome and down to earth and gorgeous! 🥰
I needed that hairtie for the last 3 years, because my hair was super long and thick and heavy and my high ponytails always went saggy in no time. And now that I have cut my hair short just 3 months ago and don't need them, I find out about them. Now I'm sad. I wish I found out about them 3 years ago. Would have saved so much ponytail re-doing.
I have curly hair and sometimes I’ll crimp the roots on the under layers because the weight makes my hair less volumous. My friend who has straight hair does the same thing and then brushes it
That $200 thing was completely false advertising - you can charge back on your card because you were NOT given what you paid for
I hope she can do that! And that she sees this
+++ UPVOTING. KAYLEY!! GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
Bump bc I want her to see this
Yes I would definitely decline the charge on the credit card if I was her, that is a scam!
also make sure to give them a bad review so people know
Anna Laura's excitement about getting her own hair brush is the cutest!
I've used clear mascara on my daughter's hair for years. She has super fine hair and her baby hairs are out of control. I just use $2 wet and wild (or whatever is the cheapest) and it looks great.
Definitely trying this for my daughter for her dance pictures/recital!
super smart :)
Try checking rionashairblog.blogspot.com she blogs about her super fine straight slippery flyaway-y hair. And she still looks put together not like a bird's nest
Wow! People, where have you been?! I need to try it because my baby hair are crazy my whole life. Thank you. 🤍
Another thing would actually be brow gel. I use brow gel to tame my flyaways all the time. Works like a charm!
This is why we need you Kayley! To save us from the advert lies. Banana tree is right, please consult before purchasing 🙈
You don't need anyone for that, you need common sense and stop using Instagram
I never understood it when people would tell someone “you’re so cute when angry”, but I get it now.
Just going by AL's reactions to Kayley's reactions, I get the feeling she was holding back a little and that true RAGE!Kayley might be pretty terrifying.
I get that Kayley is upset with the first extensions, but hear me out, her reactions are pretty adorable.
RIGHT? She's adorable when she's mad.
@@kkroberts90 lol like her saying "guys I'm genuinely mad!" I just wanted to pinch her cheeks😂
@@xiopaovid1215 same! Lol

@@gabriellenegrillo9275 lmao when she was twitching her eye😂
Well I'm just gonna put a playlist of your videos on loop and watch all the ads so you can make back the $200 wasted on the extension wig thingy
Hahahaha!! 🏆
Youre a real one😂
Oh my gosh that intro of Kayley just running back and forth is prefect
I 100% need to buy some of these ponytail holders. Holy cow, what a game changer!
When you zoomed in Anna Laura's fly aways all I could focus was her eye makeup. Amazing girl!!
Débora Zava seriously! I was like “I know this isn’t the point of the frame but holy smokes she gorgeous!”
@@EllenOzHealth exactly!! Better that many makeup youtubers
AL's reaction to getting her own PR is adorable. I would be super excited too 😄
I feel like the "hair mascara" thing would work if you took a clean, empty tube of old mascara and put hair gel in it
You can get empty mascara tubes on Amazon
Yeah, I use either an old mascara wand with hairspray or a hairdye brush. You could also use a (clean) toothbrush, anything with tiny bristles will work
Abby Yates I’ve just used mascara in my hair before.
yeahhh i used wet and wild clear mascara for a while then when it was gone i just put miss jessie’s jelly soft curls gel in it lmao
also, hello fellow clone wars fan
never forget about the droid attack on the wookies
@Roxy Picasso roger roger! Also I love the Spider-Man costume👌🏼
Can you do haircare for swimmers who are in the pool 24/7?? This would be very helpful! Love you!
I'm also considering only shampooing once? so that I'm not stripping oils
I am interested to see if the hair mascara can be achieved by using gel on a spoolie. Also where was this rolling crimper when I was 8 and trying to look like Lizzie McGuire?
I'm only 3 minutes in and my heart is also breaking with AL
I usually use clear brow gel for my baby hairs....but I may need to try that hair mascara instead and see if it works any better! I also NEED those hair ties
I do the same! The NYX control freak brow gel has too big of a wand for my brows, but it works great for baby hairs!
Could you do a hair extensions video. Ones at each price point. What to look for while shopping? Etc.
It works c:
"LOOK AT THOSE ENDS " the way she said it 😂😂
I just thought about people who have their own ends looking the same. So sad
THOSE HAIR TIES AND MASCARA WILL CHANGE MY LIFE OMG THANKS
Video Idea: Create cool Hairstyles with the Crimping Hair Iron, especially some where you can see the texture :D could be a cool challenge, and maybe it becomes the next trend ^^
Or a decade video about the 00's
L'Oréal colourista. It hurts, it transferred everywhere and I had to wash my hair 12 times to make it move like hair again. Ultimate regret.
Really? Colorista worked GREAT for me! I guess it depends or hair type maybe? In the end everyone's hair is different😊
I don't know what product of the line you used though, I only used the wash outs, never the permanent dyes or hair make up
@@indydouma1385 the sprays. Just so so bad, well for me at least. I haven't been near the newer products they've done as this truly scared me off 😂
@@TheScrabblor ahh okay, I never tried those either, but I get that that would've scared you off!

Dying at your reaction to the $200 extensions 😂 I’d be so mad if I spent that much money for that!
I bought extensions from INH and they were basically like the ones you bought quality wise.
yo same tho
