When (Gen 8) Sword & Shied was still around when Weezing got a regional variant I was hoping that Arbok was getting the treatment too but never did I hope was Team Rocket was getting a revamped of there old iconic Pokemon again as regional variant.
I think Team Rocket’s Arbok and Weezing were a good duo they really showed the Trio’s goodness inside I hated that in Journeys they used That Gatcha machine it took away the Rocket‘S bonding with the Pokemon that capture which was what made them bearable to watch I wish that they did a Sword and Shield anime instead and had them catch Sandaconda and Cramerent in it and next do a video on Lana’s Primarina next.

@ yeah. But it also introduced Cacnea and it made me fall in love how cute it is. Then once again He’s gone too. At least Barry told the audience that Cacnea grew up to be a strong and successful fighter. Team rockets Pokémon’s are some of the best characters in the show.
I didn't know Arbor was getting some wins while Weezing got kinda under utilized. Then again a Pokemon using gas for combat would be hard to beat if it could have done damage.

I glad you finally made this video. I remember asking about it awhile back, it must have been hard work doing all the battle research. It always disappointed me that we never saw Arbok or Weezing use more alterative moves in the anime. Weezing has access to Thunderbolt and Fire Blast, and Arbok has access to Fissure and Earthquake. Arbok is one of my fav 6 Pokémon overall so I always wanted to see it do better in the anime....but plot armor is strong unfortunately.
I seem to remember a teary reunion scene, a group of Ekans and Koffing led by an Arbok and Weezing came across team Rocket and after a moment they recognised each other… or was that just a dream?
It's a shame to see them leave, both Arbok and Weezing deserve to stay with them, it's one of the saddest things when the last time they saw Jessie, James and Meowth when they are almost beaten. The Team Rocket trio should catch Sandaconda and a Galarian Weezing to remember them.
Those two served their purpose. Knowing they are safe I could take it or leave it if they did return even if it was just for one scene. I even used an Arbok in my Fire Red game at one point just to see how it does.
There was a missed opportunity for Journey's to use the Gacha machine to have some of The Rocket Trio mons in the machine and they have to get them back and reuinite imo
Now I really want Arbok and Weezing to rejoin Team Rocket. But Jessie and James both have six Pokemon on hand, so I don't know how it will work out: Jessie: Wobbuffet, Seviper, Yanmega, Woobat, Frillish and Gourgiest James: Mime Jr., Carnivine, Yamask, Amoonguss, Inkay and Morpeko
I was so emotional watching this video. Of all the trainers and their pokemon relationships, none have ever been as close to my heart as team rocket with Arbok and Weezing. Can’t believe we haven’t seen their return yet. I’d like to see Jessie and James work in pokemon conservation and anti poaching. I’m reminded of that other pokemon poacher(?) we saw that had Rhyperior. We see Jessie and James teaming up with Ash and co to fight back
I will say this, I actually surprised we didn't get to see them again, specially cause they show ash butterfree and pidegot - rip primeape - In fact, that does seem an bit unfair how we truly never to see any of team rocket mons they let go ever return, these two, dustox, cacnea, and more
Now I'm sad again on a Sunday, I feel what's worse is that we don't know how things turned out years later. It would be nice to have some closure for reals, or something unless I missed that

i always liked arbok and weezing better as ekans and koffing. anyway, in one episode when they were ekans and koffing, ekans explained to meowth that he and koffing weren't really bad pokemons like him they were only bad because their masters jessie and james were bad. and since jessie and james weren't there for them at that time, they were free to be good.
I really wished that they could’ve returned seeing a group of arbok and weezing that took them to their Pokémon reuniting and interacting with their new Pokémon companions I would’ve love to se arbok interact with seviper
Most definitely, but it's even more difficult to write as it has hundreds upon hundreds of appearances, so I have to think of how to cover it without pulling clips from half the show
Ironically Seviper and Cacnea's partnership ended (Not when James obtained Carnivine) but in Once There Were Greenfields right before Cacnea was given away to Gardenia.

In Kanto, they were relatively balanced but Arbok pulled majorly ahead after Misty Mermaid
