This mode is proof that we need more villain supports and maybe dps. 50% of tanks are villains (if you count Deadlock Junkers and Null Sector), 25% of dps are villains, and only 10% of supports are villains, that 10% being the sole evil healer of Moira.
Not just Talon, but also why isn't there a Junker support flinging around Roadhog's Hogdrogen? Why are there no Los Muertos characters? No other prominent Null Sector characters? No Hashimoto equivalent to Genji and Hanzo? No other new villainous groups?

Passives and shield changes are 100% must be in the game. Rein is the only tank in the game that has NOTHING to do when he uses his shield. And speed boost after breaking would make him good for rush.

I agree the harmony change would be dope and it works with how he is played he's a damage dealing support and being rewarded for hitting shots with your ally getting more healing (probably should only be a tiny bit more to be real idk how much more it is in mirror watch but you get my point too much could be bad) would be dope though

Honestly, some of the Ana changes will probably be healthy for her in the actual game, the lunge and biotic grenade changes could work since Anti healing could be considered a little strong but simply weakening the healing given would be fine, that would give them an excuse to drop the cooldown to like 8 or 9 seconds. Also for the self nano I feel like that could be an alternative ultimate like how symmetra used to have two the only downside is that it might inspire more selfish play style.
Dude, as an Ana main who actually tries to get some kills and do a little damage with her, i absolutely love this changes, i can only dream that she was like this in the normal game, although it would be very broken. Still, i would love to see some of these changes be implemented on the character I've always felt like she could use just a little buff

Like if it gets destroyed or if a enemy gets too close it detonates, poisoning the enemy AND boosts Widow damage and increases defense for a couple of seconds, And lastly, please keep Ana’s dash. It makes her more versatile and more fun to play with 🙏🏻 OR Give us the option switch between these heroes abilities
Problem is a lot of these changesa re fundamentally based on flipping people's personalities. Canon mercy would no way use people's souls to blow people up. Rein or Doomfist? Yeah those could make sense. Maybe not Doomfist overhealing people but he. Still as cool as Talon Mercy is putting her in the main game wouldn't make sense at all from a lore and character perspective.
Expulsion Zone is Zarya's second ult in Heroes of the Storm, it's actually pretty useful to zone out people or have them being stuck between the ult and a wall
Widow's ult just create a second weakspot, plus their head. So during her ult, you can crit enemies either by headshot, or shooting the newly created weakspots. Also, ngl, I wish the changes to Widow make it to the regular game (maybe make the shield a bit taller). Her new ult and shield are SO MUCH MORE VERSATILE AND USEFULL, rather than a Hanzo's Sonic Arrow and "anti-headshot crutch" venom mine...
ever since rammatra was announced, I've wanted to have a character in the game who's kit revolves around the use of AI allies. I will absolutely be playing bastion as much as possible in mirror watch.
I mean to be fair, expulsion zone could be useful if not straight up strong in those moments where you're in overtime and the other team needs to touch the objective to keep in overtime, and you can just deny them any entry from certain spots Which definitely seems decent enough for a fun little event.
Mercy's soul thing is really cool!! But it does kinda go off without warning when you're on the receiving end lmao - I didn't even realise you can use it from a distance too!

This could be an interesting way to play test future reworks or ideas for new heroes in general. Use the existing roster to either move characters around in the roles and mess with their abilities, create relevant looks for them as MirrorWatch versions (there's more ideas they could go for than just flipping Talon and Overwatch team members) and see what happens.
I hope the Bastion ult comes to a summoning hero in futere. Like a null sector hero that summons troops as back up so they are tanking damage by sending out slizers on secondary fire. Troopers on e and 1 if each of the special units from pve on ult. Re-use game assets and create tanking chaos!!

Tracer’s blink ability is something I think she could use in the actual game. A blink at the cost of health is a fair trade, especially for a glass cannon.

Im pretty bummed the focus wasnt reaper and soldier. Shouldve switched places i wanted to have a reyes 76 skin. And like a a grim jack, what if esch other got in each others path. That wouldve been the perfect catch for the alternate timeline, also hope this doesnt stay seasonal and comes back showing more alternate characters
nah zarya ult is unironically an upgrade. it allows you to lock off choke points like mei can but even better. it also deals a surprising amount of damage. if you have a more tactical approach to it it's actually a huge ultimate as it can completely sway a team fight. i legitimately want this as an actual ability.
I have an unpopular opinion. They should make a load out system, like before you queue up for a game, you and customize and swap out abilities for each character.
I thought that was the plan for ow2. The game would be much better if it had customization like paladins, but I guess that isn’t profitable enough for them to justify the fun

The sombra rework is very close to what i think lynks17 ability would be if they added him to the game (lynks is an omnic hacker who helps zarya track down sombra in a comic book)
I could see how Zarya's ultimate would work in a payload game. Aim it on or near the payload when it's reaching its goal, boom, victory. I'm glad Mei isn't in this. They'd probably give her a flamethrower.

If anything, have his for a new support hero! -Widow: KEEP!!!!!! ALL OF IT!!!!!!! As a non-Widow player myself, this hits SO DIFFERENTLY!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!! -Rein: Probably just keep his passives, including the shield breaking passive -Zarya: Nah, I'd skip it all. MAYBE the knockback, but that's it. Morrria ability are going to be OP, junkrat as a monk is different he doesn't use his tire to kill people and his mines are replaced with armor barriors like ov1 sym b4 the changes. D'va defence matrix can now reflect damage back at the attackers. and moriaa fade and damage has been replace with strict damage boost for allies. her damage orb is replaced with a buffed healing aura that provides absorbs damage for teammates. next week after that is going to be orissa, roadhog, ram , genji, honzo, sym, lucio and lifeweiver b4 people say this is BS and downvote me all of this has been datamined and is in the game right now but not available right away.
EMP should genuinely be changed to the Zen version. I also think removing res which is infuriating, and giving her the offensive ability instead solves a bunch of issues with her kit.

Talon Mythic Mercy is so FUN and OP. Honestly the kit needs to be in the main game so it can be higher in the tier lists xD.

I could see how Zarya's ultimate would work in a payload game. Aim it on or near the payload when it's reaching its goal, boom, victory.
I'm glad Mei isn't in this. They'd probably give her a flamethrower.

I feel like the only useful thing for Zarya's changes for the ult would be to push enemies away from the payload/capture point if you're on defense

Mercy's soul explosion will make feeding a valid strategy now Mercy players will want them to intentionally die to score a multikill. Almost like classic OW with Mercy's wanting the teammates to die on point to get the full team rez lol

I like the changes I think they should make a whole new game que with mirror versions of everyone.
Personally, for each of the heroes:
-Doomfist: I know they won't really keep, but I love his new kit. The shout, shield, etc - all of it! I want it kept, but if not, I'd like a hero like that!; Ball not included >:(
-Sombra: Honestly, I also know they won't keep it either, but this is also another one I'd keep. If anything, have his for a new support hero!
-Widow: KEEP!!!!!! ALL OF IT!!!!!!! As a non-Widow player myself, this hits SO DIFFERENTLY!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!
-Rein: Probably just keep his passives, including the shield breaking passive
-Zarya: Nah, I'd skip it all. MAYBE the knockback, but that's it. That said, her ultimate is interesting for a new hero to have.
-Ana: A hitscan Ana would be nice, potentially, and her nade change is awesome to have, but that's about it tbh
-Brig: Imma say that I previous normal Brig all around despite the cool shield bash additions
-Mercy: GIVE IT TO ANOTHER! No, seriously. Her kit seems cool for a new hero, though maybe work on the corpse detonation as it can be a bit too much
-Zen: Probably like Brig and just keep him as is
-Bastion: I actually like shotgun Bastion more, though may not his Recon mode. But his ultimate is worth coming back to- maybe not to Bastion, but for someone else!
-Echo: Revert it to who she is. I don't like her changes
-Tracer: I think her new Blink is cool, but that's about it. I wouldn't want her changed either
Honestly i feel like they should take the concept from Mirrorwatch Sombra and give that to new hero or something. I kinda like the concept. Support but it doesn’t have to be HEALING.

I do think Sombra should be reworked into an actual support - make hack do the damage reduction thing virus did here instead of fucking with people's abilities, and replace Virus with some sort of consistent healing tool (a hacked Null Sector Drone repurposed for field surgery or something?), and otherwise just take everything she's got here and put her into the support role
I like the widow ult change revealing the weak points on the enemy but there r some god tier widows so don’t know how that would work

Rein’s and doom’s rework is what they should keep imo
junkrat, dva and morria come out next week. Morrria ability are going to be OP, junkrat as a monk is different he doesn't use his tire to kill people and his mines are replaced with armor barriors like ov1 sym b4 the changes. D'va defence matrix can now reflect damage back at the attackers. and moriaa fade and damage has been replace with strict damage boost for allies. her damage orb is replaced with a buffed healing aura that provides absorbs damage for teammates.
next week after that is going to be orissa, roadhog, ram , genji, honzo, sym, lucio and lifeweiver

EMP should genuinely be changed to the Zen version. I also think removing res which is infuriating, and giving her the offensive ability instead solves a bunch of issues with her kit.

Some changes should make it the rein changes would be perfect for his rework tbh doomfist ill make his block be on a resource instead of an 8 second cool down his punch should be 3 seconds and maybe some of those other changes he honestly should be reverted back to giga buffed doom and zen should keep that discord and harmony orb change Ana should keep her changes too

It’s so crazy how after playing mirrorwatch, the actual quickplay feels like an unbalanced mess that shouldn’t be played whilst mirrorwatch is the only game that feels nice with characters, plays, and "counters"
