Thank you so much for making free patterns I appreciate you so much, sometimes I buy patterns and they end up not coming out how I want :( However your patterns always come out exactly like in the picture. I love them!!
I love how you keep reassuring us to not be hard on ourselves! I swear to God, when I’m following through a video if it doesn’t turn out the same way, I beat up myself and I end up not working on it. So, to hear often that it’s not hard, was really kind of you! I’ll definitely make one, and let you know how it ends up. 🌸
Wow I really enjoyed watching your video. I really appreciate your sharing your tutorial. Was an excellent tutorial. You are a great teacher. I am making an a Spiderman hat for one of my granddaughter and I have fount the perfect tutorial. Thanks a lot. Greetings from Wisconsin.
heyy i was making this hat just like the tutorial said and i’ve noticed that mine looks really "flat" compared to yours that was nice and "bowly", do u have any tips on how to fix this and make it right?
Ok so a few questions, are you using the same type of yarn? Sometimes the softer yarns tend to do this. Make sure you are following the increases and not counting the ch 2 as a stitch. So work your dc into the same ch2 st. If you are doing all of this, maybe you should try to work a round in between the increases. So for example get back down to the last row that it cups and then do an increase row, a dc in each st row, increase, dc in each st row. I hope this makes sense!!
I don’t know what the exact amount is, I think for the red base it’s 36 grams. I know that from one skein I make two adult sizes and have extra to still make a baby one. For the white, blue and black, it’s not much. I’m sorry that I’m not more helpful in the exact details
