Honestly Sara's energy is why I subscribed to the channel. The only camera I use on a daily basis is a 5 year old webcam, the other one has so much dust on the sensor it's like inverse bokeh and my macbook hasn't been powered on since before the pandy. That said any time a new video shows up I just pop in for a few mins to get a dose of that peachy energy. (Sorry Sara! I just ordered a t-shirt to make up for it lol)

Think there's also something to be said for having a line between work and home - too easy to just work to silly hours because it's right there. Also the reverse when there's home-based distractions. Can understand when writers rent office space to just go work in, seems odd initially but it makes a lot of sense in practice.

As a PSA for anyone running a Yeti Nano with Sherpa and thinking the updates for the cool effects would be neat - I'd hold off. The firmware that gets pushed to the Nano completely breaks the zero lag monitoring, removes the functionality of the front dial, and sporadically ruins the sound from the mic. No word from Logitech. See Reddit for a long list of people with the issue with the 4.10.410 firmware version essentially breaking all functionality from the Yeti Nano.
Hammer Drill! You can buy a nice Milwaukee one for less than 200$. I definitely recommend Milwaukee for any battery power tools you may need.

I love desk tours so much, I could watch them ALL DAY lol. I'm curious which size Fully desk this is? I know you had a smaller one before, and this doesn't quite look like the 60x30? I'm also very bad at judging the sizes of things tbh.

Did you know you can now use your Rodecaster pro as a camera switcher, you can use the sound pads to switch between cameras. ;)

Damn...this setup is epic.
stream: the continuity of your cam was legit. you are looking into the game so it was ok. then looking back to read chat is usually on par with most streamers. your face cam was a bit large and taking up real estate on the game though. some also use green screens but besides that seems like it would be a good set up. its all mostly about presence and personality anyway along with gameplay. keep it up!

Not all XLR connector mics need phantom power, just the condenser variety. Dynamic mics (like the popular Shure SM-7B) don't need phantom power. But they do offer a balanced signal and benefit from an XLR or 1/4 tip-ring-sleeve balanced connection at whatever you are imputing them into.
Reload is always R. lol. The Yeti sounded great. Managed to filter out the background sound and sounded great. Not the silly presets, but the default. The cameras were surprisingly good as well. Things are happening in the tech industry :D Love you being you in these videos!

I use a Blue Yeti Nano for my channel and had no idea this software existed, so thank you! However, when I went to click on the download button it just brought me to a Logitech Hub page and wasn't able to download for some reason.

13:22 They are called "Hammer Drills" and you can rent one at home depot for 4 hours for about $35-40 😃 Definitely more solid. What do you pay in rent for that place??
