Everything looked amazing . As prices are rising everyday I find that a Pork lion roast is a better price than beef. It’s delicious if you don’t over cook it, as Mary Ann stated. I’m definitely going to try that rub. Pork can be bland but I bet the capers give it a lot of flavor. Love your show ! ❤
