I think Forbort will be the biggest surprise, and contribute more defensively than Ian Cole did last season.

The back end looks better if you split Hughes and Hronek.
I think they need to use Desharnais like Luke Shenn with Hughes.
The bottom 4 look better if its Hronek playing a two way game with Soucy or Forbort.
Myers playing with whomever ks left.

If they can find a way to get rid of the Poolman contract, they can accrue the cap space needed to go after Rasmus Anderson at the deadline..

If Foote and Gonchar do for Deharnais and Forbort what they did for Myers then we'll be just fine.

Switch Vinny D to the other side so he can team up with Chaos Giraffe to have like 14 feet of defenseman.

DeBrusk is a better fit with Miller. I think you would have to do a trade for some one for EP40. Two names that come up as trade bait are Ehlers and Necas. Another player that would work would be a Konecny in Philly. That being said Van. would have to give up Boeser to get one of those players and a pick or a prospect.

Harm, zip it, Guentzel's best season is 84 points ... 84 POINTS. Guenzel is not elite. Tkachuk has hit the century mark twice and he's only 26 Harm. 109 points and 104 points. Guentzel's best was 3 years ago, 84 points. Harm, come on man ...

Speaking of PP, PP2 is atrocious with Garland and Hronek, if DeBrusk isn't on PP1 then I'd like to see him replace Garland on PP2 because the little guys is terrible with the man advantage.
