I loved the twist at the end. It even makes sense because the mom always acted so nervous and scared and overall kinda off from everyone else. It’s cuz she knew deep down the the real girl was going to come after her one day…. You should definitely watch Get Out or Candyman at some point :)
I found this one way more confusing than Get Out. Both absolutely amazing movies!
What? Confusing? I thought it was explained in the movie itself. The cloning, the government who tried to control people through their own clones, and all that.
I actually felt the opposite and felt it was more predictable BUT still awesome
@@queerios9925 what was predictable about this movie or Get Out? Lol I watch a ton of movies and I didn't really get either until late in the movie.
@@amandaevans7908 Addie being replaced by her doppelganger is a very predictable theory that I just forgot about during the movie, so when the twist finally happened I was like 'Ooh yeah, I saw that coming' (which could just as well be confirmation bias).

You should read to GET OUT. Also if you do, you should react to THE SKELETON KEY with Kate Hudson. They're both similar in movies but they take different themes and approaches to how it goes down.

Personally, I preferred Skeleton Key over Get Out due to the ending, you got a more clear view of how it all goes down and The Skeleton Key has a more twisted ending if you think about it, watch it and you'll see what I mean
i saw this in theatres with my ex and when the girl saw "herself" i leaned over and said "i bet they get switched" i was so proud of myself lmao.
A good movie to check out is “Zodiac” it has mark ruffalo, Robert downy jr, and Jake gyllinhall. Very good film

Went to go see this when it first came out and after watching it I was up all night thinking about the crazy stuff the government could be hiding beneath us 😶
Ran straight here and this reaction was everything I had hoped for. Good shit, mate. Such a phenomenal movie with so many damn theories. Jordan Peele made a video that answered some theories to confirm true or false that you should also check out to see if the theories you thought were actually canon or not. Ha!

Get out is WAY better then this movie. I found this movie confusing. The message in Get Out is pretty clear and it's one of those movies where a rewatch is more fun then the first time because u understand so much more

as cool as the concept was the entire story had too many holes and there were things that didn't fully make sense. i liked the movie but the tone was all over the place and at times it felt like the story could've easily been a creepypasta back in the day that would be clowned on now for not being written very well lol
it feels like the movie couldn't decide if it wanted more realism or fantastical elements so it did neither well. with a lot of the humor failing for me. a regular family no matter how naturally funny they are will have an argument about their "kill counts" as if they were playing a video game. you could say it was adrenaline but it feels more like forced comic relief shoved into a script to me.

Terrible movie! It was so boring that I don't even remember what the plot was. I remember good movies because they leave an impression, but this one didn't do anything for me except waste time and money.
