I've seen a lot of people using their scraps but what they do is so high maintenance and time consuming that it is really not worth it if your time is worth $ to you. Don't want to waste the scraps and I keep too many little ones too:) Like that you didn't obsess over this-didn't make sure the pieces were all perfect, didn't outline/ink/stitch around every piece. Great way to use them up, also a great activity to do at the end of a crop when you are too tired to think:)

Great job! You know how you see something and then it sparks another whole OTHER thing...well, your video did that. Thanks for the inspiration, and I hope you show more base pages like this with your recent scraps. I think this isso fun to do and definitely a great way to utilize our scraps. Thanks for sharing and inspiring. Smiles ~ Janet

I love that you make layouts with just a template for the picture. And these all turned out fantastic.

Get the long strips and weave them together to make a card or weave in money as a gift

Shimelle does something like this,too....I love how you put them together! I tried this with Christmas paper that I had leftover from other layouts and I was able to make 2 double page layouts, 1 (81/2 by 11) and three cards!

Strips are great for layering behind photos! Also you can use your small punches with your small scraps!
