very true sir. many of my fellow NCC cadets in my engineering college have ruined their CGPA because they were too much after the rank and now they're not eligible for internship opportunities. Also during my army attachment camp, the NCOs used to ask me that if i'm already doing engineering and good in studies then why do i want to join the army? observing my father and uncles who are officers, I learned there is a lot of administrative work and many courses and boards for which the officers need to constantly study a lot

the main motivation for wanting to join Armed forces is experiencing stuff which is otherwise impossible in civil life, some dumb dudes like me, cant make it in academic and corporate world because been too blunt and less conniving never cared for others opinion and never will...soldering to me sounds and looks like a sadhana --a spiritual practice ,knowing things about self never known before...combat,injuries, operations, ceremonies, the glamour, the games, the adventures, the friends and the memories are worth a lifetime if one survives the profession, I serve the country and the country serves me, I serve my men and my men serve me, I serve my Organisation and unit and they serve me, we are all brothers in arms, even if we never met we are still brothers, and I love all the brothers--the romance in camaraderie is pretty intoxicating as well...
thank you sir for your service, hopefully can get to wear the olive in a few years and if luck shines the maroon too

Sir does that mean we need a balanced but more of logical minds in army than emotional.
Sir also please make a video on those who have graduated and are from age 23-27 and are giving attempts for cds/Afcat/ tgc/ ssc tech and even TA. Because there’s no video on us, most of us are not doing any jobs or those who are working are dedicating more time for getting into the defence forces. This age is crucial and most unemployed people fall under this age and we have got a lot of responsibilities that we have to take such as getting finically stable, having a stable professional career, socialising.
To achieve stability at a young age , how to tackle all this stress.
After all we all want to be young future officers.

It means the decisions must be logical. You don’t need to be emotional in the army, instead you need to have empathy. Sure, I’ll make a video on the topic you suggested
