Unfortunately, the coach home is meant to be an accessory to principal dwelling. From my understanding it can't be on it's own on a lot. It also can't be severed from the main dwelling as well. Do you mind me asking why a coach home on a vacant lot ?

I have a lot in ottawa around general hospital and no house is built on it yet can I build a couch instead.
