These videos have been so helpful. I've been doing bullet proof coffee and bullet proof matcha latte for a prolonged period of time as I love the taste, and I thought it was helping when I first started Keto, but I'll have to stop for now as I have made myself really constipated, and not drinking enough water. I have a question about morning fasting being high. Do you know any tricks to lower that number? So far, I know, eating an egg lowers that number faster than fasting does. What do you think? The ONE thing I have not found a replacement for is MIO lemonade squirt sweetener.... Regarding MIO lemonade sweetener, does that break a fast?, I add it in my Matcha powder, wheat grass, lemon, collagen, concoction. Is there a concoction of lemon and sweetener that could replace MIO for me? I gave up sodas in November, and now this is my go to drink, its FROTHY, which I love, but I want to replace the MIO.. thats the only probably not KETO ingredient. Thank you for all your information! Knowledge is Power~!

I know you say fiber is not important, but I love veggies, I enjoy them, so is it fine to eat them? Also, my hubby's gastroenterologist told him to eat lots of fiber to prevent his polyps.

One question: What is your view on Net Carbs vs Total carbs when calculating your macros? I keep seeing people talking about Net carbs but I use total carbs, I think it is more accurate. Hi Maria, I've been searching for information about keto/carnivore for tips on reducing endometriosis and associated pain/issues. I haven't really found anything and I'm not really comfortable with the doctor's first treatment plan of being put on birth control. Do you know much about this? You've helped me so much with my PCOS issues already :)

No veg Jan feb March, just added green beans and fresh spinach alternating them (dinner only), I'll eat eggs cooked in bacon grease with a fist of fresh spinach and for dinner either a rib eye with greenbeans or a burger or two with spinach with some vinegar on it. Sometimes i have pork rinds or swiss cheese. No lunch. I had no issues giving up carbs because I've been avoiding them for years now but strict since Jan and no cheating. I didn't even have any during thanksgiving or Christmas 2022

I’m finding it hard to keep my protein level down. I just can’t seem to plan meals that have more fat than protein. I’m not a cook and need to keep it simple. I stay under my carbs easy. And under 1200 calories. Trying to lose weight. But the fat to protein ratio is not working for me.

MIO has artificial sweeteners which aren't the healthiest option. :)

Can you post about how you conquered the sleep issue. I am consistently less than 10 gm of carb per day but my sleep is a challenge.

Why stay away from chia? I just started making chia pudding two days ago and I've never heard this. Can you explain please.
