Also, they couldn't and shouldn't be there at all, and their portrayal is completely inaccurate, according to all historical accounts. The game isn't authentic. That alone is a deal breaker for me. Warhorse didn't handle the situation well, too, they weren't honest, and now their treatment of gamers leaves much to be desired.
EA had some really nice games in the 90s and realy large employer count. Then they stopped delevering nice and fun products. The enjoyment dropped slowly over the years. The old games did not really stand up to the teeth of time and are now see as semi classics. Also some games should have be fun but flopped like starwars battle front 2 (2012 ish not sure of the year) .

I hope the companies don't try to cling onto the IP's like Disney, or if they do i hope that other countries, indie developers, or just individual players can go back to creating just a really good and simple passion product. The last indie game I played was Supraland, and I had an excellent time with it. The platforming could be a touch clunky, but it was trial by error like more retro platformers. The level design was fun and reminded me of being a child once again because you're literally playing in a sandbox. The puzzles felt detailed, satisfying, and rewarding, while many of them also being completely optional of you just wanted to progress the main quest. The upgrades all felt meaningful. Nothing too overpowered, nothing too overwhelming.

Failguard hasn't even that. The writing and character-design was offensive, the combat felt like generic-mobile-game-stuff, no decisions/choices, no consequences - if they'd take out the levelling, i wouldn't even call it an "rpg". And if Bioware does not show they finally learned something and ME5 isn't the greatest ever... then shut it, EA.
