Nice S2000. One thing I'd mention incase you haven't already picked up on it, you're lacking the black heatshield that goes between the exhaust manifold and ABS system. Underbonnet temps can cause that to melt over time. Possible fire hazard mate. Otherwise enjoy it! owned mine for 4 years now and not selling up any time soon!

Why is it so light? It lost 150kg+. I see that boot is stripped out and exhaust has been changed, it also has different wheels. But it is impossible to lose 150kg with these modifications only. Anything else has been changed in the car? Really curious why it is so light :) BTW, amazing car :) Would love to get one myself.
PerformanceCars all stock, it has 140k miles but it had 1 owner. original clutch to, he babied the thing and garage kept it. He was a old guy who drove it.
InsaiyanMike It's still drives great with only basic maintenance done. I've put like 8000 miles on it since i've bought it. Really fun to drive; it took a minute to adjust to the fast throws on the clutch when shifting gears but it just makes it that more fun.

His head is touches the hardtop roof and the steering wheel is touching his legs. Unfortunately the steering wheel cannot be tilted. But saying that, I do know some tall S2000 owners and they say they just live with it. How tall are you? I suggest you try sitting in one.
I have a MY2000 S2000 in New Formula Red. I've had it since 2007, and I still absolutely love it. I've since purchased a 2008 WRX STi hatch in WRB with Gold BBS wheels, and a Gen V Viper GTS in Adrenaline Red. I still come back to the S2000 often. Enjoy.
Nope, I'm in Canada. It gets a heck of a lot of attention here, but I'd love to take it over there..... ;) It would be crazy. I'm not so sure about getting around on your roads though. Not so much the condition of the roads, but they seem to be quite narrow in some instances, and the Viper needs room. Cheers.
Should get 245/40 in the rear. 245/45 looks a bit tall. Your battery is on the and fuse box is on the wrong side, your driver's side is on the wrong side, you're driving on the wrong side of the road too. :)
I am aware that 245/40 are the stock size but these are not as readily available in the UK compared to other parts of the world. It's strange how you say that I am on the wrong side as I'm pretty sure Honda are Japanese and they drive on the left too. Maybe I should get in contact with them and tell them they have been wrong all this time! Joking aside, thanks for your comment :)
You can really see the difference in color on the front bumper compared to the rest of the body color, alltogether tho, very nice car. dont think anyone who owns an s2k will not take good care of it :)
+PerformanceCars Now I have an AP2 version 2 with VSC which my first AP2 version one did not have, the suspension was slightly tweaked and also there is the drive by wire which really I don't notice much of a difference. I'm in the process of modifying it, already installed a Berk test pipe and GReddy spectrum elite dual exhaust.
Hi, thanks for the comment and advice. I reviewed the car as soon as I purchased it. I have now installed the heat shield and changed the brakes. Tyres are on the list next.
+rob Hi, haha, that's why I have my hardtop on most of the time. But I get what you're saying, the soft top can't be too comfortable in the Winter months. I'm sure it can't be too bad though.
+vaajchang Hey, the arches have been rolled to accommodate the wider wheels. They can rub from time to time hence why I changed the wheels to the OEM ones when I went on track in my latest video. Do you have a S2000?
+PerformanceCars it exchanged hands once or twice after him but it was mint it had regamasters on it, spoon steering wheel and spoon intake snorkel when he owned it

Yes it does - especially if you use the built-in stereo mic with a fur windscreen. I use the Tascam DR-05.
